The place was absolutely gorgeous, so clean, perfect for the 2 of us. Host was nice and personable. Would not suggest it, if you're looking for a view.

It was easy to get in and out, close to grocery, dining, and other Target/Walmart stores. It was very clean! Communication was spot on, wifi worked well. The one thing I underestimated was not having any windows.

We went for the weekend to see the Tampa Bay Bucs play. The place was clean, very convenient to the airport and to the stadium. Exactly as listed.

Just what we needed for our quick getaway to FL. We were able to get Ubers to and from the property into Tampa and had everything we needed. The property was clean and plenty of space. We would absolutely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a very nice neighborhood close to everywhere we needed to go for our visit. The unit was very clean, modern and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend it to anyone, especially a couple.

The studio apartment was very nice and clean. The location was great and the neighborhood seemed to be a safe area. The queen bed could probably use a new mattress/ box spring though as it creaked a lot with movement and was lumpy. We are Seniors and have back issues so maybe we’re just more sensitive to that. The place only had hard chairs or barstools for sitting so an easy hair or upholstered chair would be a nice addition especially for longer rentals. We stayed 5 nights. We didn’t use the patio since the chairs there were not the typical patio furniture we would have expected. Overall we really liked staying there and appreciated its location .

This property is amazing, it looks just like the pictures on the listing, it is extremely modern, clean and comfortable. The property has its own private entrance, there are no common areas to share, the parking on site is next to the property, it has been mentioned in other reviews, this property has no windows, which to me was fine and worked for me. The neighborhood as well as the property (very nice area in Tampa) are very safe. I highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again. The communication with the host was fantastic, I was assisted with everything I needed.

Very quiet cosy and comfortable good shower 🚿 and relaxing. Dog friendly, (dog) Reco enjoyed his stay. Handy for beach walk at low tide 🌊. Great hosts.

Upon Entry it’s dazzling clean and modern and the host was kind enough to set out a bottle of wine, glasses and chocolate. The kitchen is updated and modern, same with the bathroom and the walk-in shower with glass doors. Bed is high-up, there is ample lighting through-out the space. It must be noted there are no windows so it is very easy to sleep in here as there is no crack of sunshine coming in from anywhere to illuminate the place in the morning. It’s a very comfortable space, there is ample bedding and linens provided as well as good brand trial sizes of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, even cotton balls and swabs. There’s a first aid kit and clothes steamer under the sink. The Host is super friendly as well. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and quiet place to stay where you’re within a 20-30 minute drive to downtown Tampa, etc, this is the place. Two minutes down the road you have all your regular conveniences. I would choose to stay here again easily.

Everything was so perfect from the time we arrived. You can tell that no details were spared in this rental. The floors, the shower, everything was perfect! The pictures online are exactly how the property is. Quite area, not too far out from the beaches . Tried to book again, but already booked out for the upcoming months.
