Everyone from reservations on were very helpful. On site property manager was great - he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I would recommend this property to anyone!! It really was more than I expected in every way.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Costa Caye Villas. The property is just as described online, very spacious for a big family, beautiful decor and clean. From the moment you walk into the grounds of the property, it feels like you walked into a heavenly place. Damian is there to greet you from the start and takes care of you until it's time to go. My girls fell in love with Rocky the guard dog, he guarded them as they took hours of photographs by the beach. He can be seen in the background of all their photos. They had a hard time saying goodbye to him and still say he was the highlight of our trip. Thank you for this memorable stay, we hope we can come back soon!! We highly recommend these villas!!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and the yard felt very secluded. The kids loved the pool and everyone was so kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us. Just a 20 minute golf cart ride to secret beach and 30 minutes to downtown san pedro. We also found plenty of grocery stores and amazing restaurants closer to home. If our travels ever take us back to San Pedro, we will book again in a heartbeat!

Very clean and well maintained. You could get as much or as little service as you would like. Damian was very knowledgeable about the island and made being there easy!! We snorkeled, fished, and did a snorkel tour with rays and sharks and fed tarpon and saw seahorses and the best was getting back to the place to relax. Vladimir was security at night with his sidekick Rocky on the day shift! The Caye Villas is a beautiful relaxing getaway from the crazy traffic in town! There are 5 rental homes/villas on the property with a private pool and a private access to the ocean. Damian does an amazing job keeping the property well maintained and looking pristine! It’s about 4 miles out of town, but if you prefer privacy - this is your place!

Great property - clean, beautifully kept grounds, super nice staff and a great "guard dog" named Rocky who would happily welcome us every morning. Geographically, Caye Villas is just far enough outside of San Pedro to be a bit quieter, but still close enough to go into town for bars, restaurants, etc. We were fly-fishing on the northern end of the island so it was very convenient for us to get out and going in the morning. It is just a couple minutes from the turn-off to go to Secret Beach if that is on your agenda. Plenty of great little eateries within 5 minutes both north and south. All three of us agreed we would most definitely stay here again on future trips This was my 5th time staying on Ambergris Caye and this location has been my favorite.
