This is a fantastic rental. We were five adults (husband, wife, three adult children) and were all so impressed with the cleanliness and thoughtfulness of the unit. Absolutely everything you could need is provided, including bathroom/shower items, as well as basic necessities for cooking some meals. There was a Keurig with a nice assortment of pods, and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the very private patio. Beds were super comfy, air conditioning worked very well. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Lane immediately answered any questions we had during our stay. I would definitely recommend this stay 100%. We hope to stay again on our next trip to visit our daughter in Seattle.

We booked this place for family vacation. The location is convenient. Some grocery stores nearby & half an hour drive to Downtown Seattle. Everything you need, you can find in this place. So you can pack light. Lane is very responsive!

Disappointed…we rented this location to be close to family. We travel frequently to Seattle to visit and spend time with family and saw this location and thought it would be a perfect fit. Upon arrival the home was what we expected. There is a long list of rules for the home and the hot tub, all of which we followed. We weren’t asked to do anything special upon check out, but we took it upon ourselves to clean the house and even wash towels for the owner. A few days after getting home from our trip we were shockingly charged $450. When I checked my messages in VRBO I was told that the hot tub was unable to be cleaned and had to be drained which was $350 and one set of sheets had a stain that was unable to be removed so that was another $90! After several conversations with the owner we have no resolution. It’s very disappointing knowing that we followed all their rules and kept the house extremely tidy and were then slapped with this huge fee. It was brought to my attention that if I had made the owner aware that the hot tub was dirty earlier this situation may have been different, so be sure to contact the owner at any time during your stay if something isn’t perfect, clearly not complaining was a $500 mistake. Warning to future renters, you better be prepared for additional charges or pay for your insurance. We won’t be renting here again.

This is a super duper nice place...very clean, very organized, and the host is very reaponsive and accommodating.

We were looking for a spot to celebrate our daughters birthday, and we truly had a great time in this place. We were initially nervous about the list of rules, but found both Lane and the rental to be great to work with. Obvious thought went into the selection and placement of everything in the space (charging cords with multiple adapters all through the house, ziplock bags and cling wrap, sunscreen, and the coziest of blankets throughout). I may be a penny pincher to a fault, but I don’t regret a dollar of what we spent making great memories this weekend. You won’t be disappointed.
