Cozy bungalows in a quiet neighborhood. No AC but ventilator is sufficient during the night. Every bungalow has its own bench and hammock. You can also use the kitchen area including equipment. There is hot water and instant coffee/tea for free. Host is very friendly and hospitable. We liked the local and hidden spot in the southern part of the island. Everything you need is within walking distance (minimart, beach, restaurant, bar,...). It is advisable to rent a scooter nevertheless.

taxis can not pick you up/drop you off directly in front of the Hostel because there is a bridge which only motorbikes can cross. Also the street from the bridge to the hostel consists mostly of sand.

We are very happy with our stay at Lonely Groove. Zod (the host) is a very nice, friendly and funny person. He makes sure that everything is always ok and is very attentive. The place is very nice, cozy, clean and very quiet, it is located a few minutes walk from a very clean and quiet beach. We stayed 3 days and ended up extending to 1 week.

It is very nice at lonely groove. You have your own hammock, can use the kitchen it is calm and Zod is very cool and friendly person. :)
