Nice quiet location, very clean and a lot of space. A mall and food stalls closeby. Very friendly staff. Comfy bed.

The room has a kitchen and on booking it says „The suite's kitchenette is available for cooking and storing food“ which is not true at all. The kitchen is equipped with nothing: No fridge, no kitchenware, no cutlery, no cooker. The only things there are is a kettle, a mug and a glass. It would be nice to provide some tea to use with cups and kettle, too.

Som vanlig på billige hotell, harde senger, brukte billige kaffebønner for å lage kaffe i resepsjonen, fullstendig nedsittet liten sofa på rommet og desverre ikke et lite kjøleskap for å holde drikke kaldt. Små flasker vann på rommet manglet.

• The A/C was awful, the worst I’ve experienced in the Philippines. The room was so stuffy and hot I felt like I couldn’t breathe. • I did not feel very safe in the area, especially at night (female traveller)

Het was schoon en zag er keurig en vrij nieuw uit. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Je kon er lekkere cappuccino kopen. Waterkoker was aanwezig. Kleine zithoek. Douche was prima.

De indeling van de ruimte vond ik niet logisch. De slaapkamer en daardoor ook het bed waren klein. De airco stond pal boven het bed en was niet zo af te stellen dat je het blazen niet voelde.

La ubicacion esta genial. La habitacion es muy grande y limpieza correcta.

El cuarto de la cama era más pequeño y no había mesitas ni nada para dejar el móvil etc. Las ventanas de nuestra habitación daban a un muro, por lo que no entraba luz ni mucha ventilación.

Staff are both accommodating. Easy to speak with. Location and safety is also a great point. A good place just to sleep and roaming around the city. Very quiet place to stay

Nice and tidy units. The staff were happy and responsive and greeted us on arrival being pleasant to deal with. Check out was also easy. The units were quiet and comfortably furnished.

On arrival, we found toilet seat missing, shower head was faulty and there was no drinking water in the unit. Also it would be good to have wash clothes and detergent in the kitchen with a small fridge for perishables. Power point in the bedroom was not accessible due to position of bed.

I have been staying here regularly since they opened as the location is good, close to skyway stage 3. Clean, nice bed, and quiet neighborhood.

WONT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN The staffs' work - this is the first time it happened but what was compromised is major for me which is PRIVACY and SECURITY. I booked for 2 nights. On my 2nd day reception called to remind me of my check out. Told her i paid for 2 nights. She called again and still insisting in their system i have to check out today until i mentioned i paid this amount which represents 2 nights. That could be a minor mistake if this receptionist notified the housekeeping guy i am not yet for check in that day. At 12noon, i got a super loud knock on my door and instantly opened my door amd a guy shouting check out. Good thing the metal lock is there or else he would have my door flung open - and that door is angled to the bathroom - so what if im not dressed inappropriately or worst naked. I called reception, and just said "sorry nagkamali lang" This place is very convenient for me that i stay here once or twice a month but with this incident im not going to stay here again.
