The location was great, this has been one of the cleanest properties you’ve stayed at , thank you! You all made everything super easy, thank you for providing all the basic necessities, and for checking on on us to make sure our stay was going good. The one down fall was the tenants up stairs were quite loud, maybe a friendly reminder there are people staying downstairs..I would

Exceptional location - literally steps from one of the less-busy spots on Mission Beach. The whole area is extremely walkable and fun. Noise was a non-issue, though my wife and I both wear earplugs at night anyway. The importance of the parking space cannot be understated.
Minor suggestions for improvements: (1) Beach umbrella. Having the beach chairs was great, but you really need an umbrella to stay out for any length of time in the summer heat. (2) Improving the hot water in the shower.

This was a cute one bedroom condo. 2 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes away from great places to eat too. One parking spot right in front of the condo was very convenient too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I would love to have some way to wash off our feet after returning from the beach. We tried to use the oven but there is no temperature numbers on the dial so no idea how to set. Loved that parking was right in front of our door, and that we could walk to everything.

A cozy place for the two of us! Comfy bed and nice kitchen for coffee, cooking and very short walk to the beach.
Great location for shopping, Balboa park, Old town San Diego, the Zoo and Coronado Island. Loved the easy access and check. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a great time and absolutely appreciated the location and beach area. Great food too, just a short walk away.
Down side was the passcode was changed from the one that was supplied. It took about 20 minutes and four separate forms of contact to reach support. The water pressure in the shower does leave a little to be desired, but wasn’t the end of the world. Overall I would recommend.

Overall, these units weren't very clean. Sand everywhere. Got the impression these unit were for college who love the beach, during the day, party all night and then stagger back to the unit and pass out in the bed in their sand laden clothes.

We were looking for a small and relatively inexpensive beach condo with parking. This little place is cute, well appointed and well located. We enjoyed our stay very much. The management team was very helpful. Keep in mind that the only parking space capable of handling a 20 foot vehicle is unit #5.

This was the perfect spot to stay for our mini vacation/long weekend. Steps from the coolest beach front walking path and less than a mile in either direction to restaurants and shops on the water in both Mission Beach and Pacific Beach.
There were beach towels and chairs and a couple toys in the closet which was awesome to not have to buy or rent those!
The unit itself was clean, adorable, and exactly as advertised. Only suggestion to the owners would be to add a full length mirror somewhere to see outfits etc. before heading out on the town!

This space was perfect for the two of us. Had everything we needed and was so close to the beach. We walked to restaurants at night and the most amazing coffee and breakfast spot nearby.

The house was small but perfect for me and my daughter. The location was fantastic and the listing was accurate. The bed was comfortable and they had a couple of nice beach chairs.
