I booked this room not sure of expectations but to my surprise the room was very comfortable and clean it was large enough for two people had all the amenities and the owner was extremely helpful and very kind I will definitely be returning there and will let my friends know also it was very peaceful and quiet

The flat is nice and complete with all the necessities. It is also very convenient if you have to attend a conference in the nearby Congress Centre. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. It was great to stay here.

Loved the private entrance, walk-in closet, sleigh bed that was so comfortable, the elegant marble-top bureaus and bathroom countertop, the 55 or 65-inch mounted TV that worked without complications, the bedside charger, oversized refrigerator and microwave, electric kettle (I even bought one for myself!) for the free instant coffee and tea, the comfortable oversized leather chair next to the bed, the just-right temperature of the air-conditioning -- the overall elegance, quiet, cleanliness and simplicity of the place.

Wished I could have stayed longer! There was nothing to dislike.

There was no safe in the room

The room and bathroom are excellent and outstading clean! Very cozy and fully equiped with everything I needed and more. There are extra towels and extra blankets. Is spacious and and very conveniently located just a few minutes walk from Gaylord convention center. Great location if you are coming for a conference.

I didn't understand the shower in the first night and could not get hot water. I am not sure what I did differently, but it worked great all other days, so not really a concern.
