Very clean, better than expected given the lower price point compared to other hotels in the area for a long weekend. Very modern and new. Staff attentive and provided an early check in. Buffet breakfast was good, nice spread of different items to choose from. Will be back!

Pillows - too soft. Would be great if there was a combination of soft and hard pillows on the bed. Minor only, everything else was brilliant. Thank you again!

The staff were very nice. We stayed for an anniversary to explore around Geelong, and the staff had left a colourful handwritten card in the room - very sweet and unexpected. The facilities were clean and modern, great value for money.

The bathroom wasn't very sound proof.

Exceptionally clean, quiet and friendly staff, perfect location Underground parking kept vehicle secure and I didn’t have to worry about parking or fines given Geelong doesn’t have a lot of long term parking in the cbd

The room, while not in a state of disrepair, required some attention to maintain its optimal condition - like lamp in the room and dryer in the washroom.

We were only there for the night, but was simple to get to and a quick walk to GMHBA Stadium

Lack of car parking but we should have booked a carpark ahead of our stay. Will do next time

The reception staff very friendly. Rooms were excellent. There was nothing we could complain about.

Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Pillows were of adequate firmness and provided good support. Shower was of adequate pressure. Breakfast options were appropriately sufficient and the DIY juice station was a welcomed amenity. Location was good with nearby food options.

I should have stayed longer.

Location was great. Decor and, in particular, the bathroom was excellent. The reception staff were outstanding and extremely helpful.

The toastie and fries on the bar snack menu - terrible.

Didn’t like the pillows at all. Very uncomfortable. Miss having a welcome biscuit with my cuppa in the room.

When I wash Exciting from the carpark was a little challenging waiting for the boom gate to open . The steep accent /descent was difficult to navigate . I have a manual car so needed to handbrake start . It scared me as I rolled back !! Also the shower was hard to understand so maybe instructions ? When I turned it on the hand held part spurt straight out into bathroom
