Die Lage ist perfekt für Ruhesuchende, Familien und Wanderlustige. Nur knapp 400m Fußweg zum Meer. Der Pool ist klein, aber ausreichend. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft.

Die Beschreibung der Zimmer und die eingestellten Fotos passen nicht überein. Es ist nicht eindeutig erkennbar, ob man das Zimmer im Innenhof, in der Einfahrt oder ganz oben hat. Lt. Beschreibung hat jedes Zimmer Balkon und Terrasse, was aber nur bedingt stimmt. Nur die ganz teuren Zimmer sind die ganz oben mit super Blick. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort spricht nur Spanisch, leider kein Englisch.

We were three couples with two rental vehicles visiting from the U.S. to vacation and go snorkeling. The property has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. I enjoyed the small pool. (It was dirty when we arrived, but was cleaned the next day.) The WiFi worked well. We didn't really use the television much. There are some nice common areas with good views. The property is close to a number of beaches in the area that have good snorkeling. There are a number of nice restaurants in the area. The apartment has one bathroom, but there was a second bathroom with a shower out by the pool, as well as an outdoor shower for rinsing off. I felt the area was safe.

We had a hard time finding the place since it was on a small dirt road with no sign. The contact person did not speak English making communication difficult. (Fortunately, some of the people in our party were able to converse with Julia in Spanish.) Parking was horrible -- not enough spaces, not marked, on a very steep hill. The kitchen was disappointing: No oven, no toaster, no electric kettle, no dish towels, no hot pads, not enough dishes or silverware, lack of serving dishes, etc. We ended up having to buy some things at the store including garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc, as well as ant poison to get rid of the small ants in the kitchen. There were other things that did not meet our expectations. The beds were not comfortable, there was no hot water in the kitchen, the sinks and showers did not always drain properly, and there was the constant smell of sewage in the area for the entire two weeks we were there. We felt that the website listing was misleading and were expecting the place to be a little nicer. There was no laundry available but the host did one load for me and hung my laundry on the public railing by the community used area by the small pool, including my undergarments! the laundry came back just as dirty as before and did not smell clean, there was no place to even hang a wet towel from the beach so we had to simply hang them on railings in public areas on the property. We were told to not put used toilet paper in the toilet but to instead put it in the trash can in the bathroom! Ick!

Da wir nur zwei Personen waren, konnten wir uns das Schlafzimmer aussuchen. Daher war das Appartement für uns sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse zum Sonnenuntergang ist sehr schön.

Man braucht ein eigenes Auto für die Anfahrt und eine Hupe, um die Ankunft anzumelden. Wir dachten zuerst, dass wir an der falschen Adresse sind, da uns niemand aufmachte. Alle Nachttischlampen hatten nicht den richtigen Stecker.

Where should I start. You might be forgiven to think The property was built with no building codes in mind. It’s located on a hillside. The drive from the main road was on an unpaved ungraded dirt road (you may need a farm tractor not a car to reach the property). Once you get there you park your car on a very steep and narrow driveway (my 1.2L Toyota Agya engine struggled). Once in the apartment, Every step you make you should be careful not to hurt yourself. The kitchen is a big step down from the bedroom with no warning strips on the white tiles (Almost broke my ankle thinking it’s a flat floor). The TV is hanging on the wall next to the entrance of the bathroom (I hit my head twice in the dark going in and out of the bathroom). The towel hanger in the bathroom is placed on the wall right in front of the toilet, and at the toilet level (banged my head into it and injured my scalp getting up the toilet). The bedroom had no cross ventilation capability. You must use the noisy old AC unit to cool the space instead of taking advantage of the cool evening breeze outside.

El alojamiento está cerca de playas hermosas y facilitan el uso de nevera para la playa lo cual resulta muy útil. Es amplio y tiene una linda vista al mar. La host es muy amable

El alojamiento indicaba en la reserva aseo diario; sin embargo en una estancia de 8 días, solo realizaron aseo una vez y nos indicaron que cobrarían si se solicitaba otro aseo. En el baño se empozaba el agua hasta cubrir los pies e inundar la parte de afuera y las camas por debajo tenían exceso de mota, mugre y polvo.
