Location, hammock, a lot of space in apartment, nice view even from ground floor apartment, easy parking, well equipped kitchen, lovely owner. The best beach - Kalki beach just few steps away.

Located right outside the Kalki beach, with a dive shop (Alice in wonderland reef is right there and it’s awesome!) We had an upstairs apartment with a terrace overlooking the water - it was fantastic! plenty of parking behind the gates, air conditioning in both rooms( tho we didn’t need to use it). it’s a basic apartment, but you have everything you need in the kitchen (bring groceries as there are no stores in the area and all restaurants close at 7 30 pm after sunset)

it was as pictures show, great property. just remember that it’s remote so very quiet after sunset

The are no shops close but to buy groceries. The staff isn’t available after 8pm (or at least I couldn’t get in touch with them).

Excellent location, across from beautiful Playa Kalki. We stayed at second floor apartment with ocean view. Nothing can beat morning coffee with beautiful ocean view and birds flying around.

The noise from the swimmingpool, all night and all day long. The tap in the kitchen was leaking and made a terrible noise. I mentioned it and the said they would fix it but the didn't. The unsociable lights hurt ones eyes.

Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and had a full kitchen and a nice patio. It's right across the street from a beach with decent snorkeling and swimming, plus umbrellas, other shade, and a bar. That was unexpected. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and friendly. Our neighbors were staying for 49 days. I could see doing that! Wonderful hosts.

There aren't many restaurants nearby but those that are, are good. Kind of goes with the quiet atmosphere, I guess.

The only negative comment. .Not sure why it is like that but the smell of moth ball in the kitchen cabinet is really not nice. Everything else was perfect.

For us it was a perfect location far away from tourist hotspots, very close to Kalki beach . Certain sea view from the balcony, spacious rooms. The host was friendly and gave good advices for the area

You need to bring anti mosquitos device to sleep at night and also spray yourself when seating on the balcony in the evening, which seems though to be common for the entire island .

It was easy to check in, great value and comfortable stay. Room was spacious, really liked our outdoor patio with the hammock. Very relaxed atmosphere away from the city. Jose met us for check in, provided information about the area, and went out of his way to help us out with anything. The kitchen is stocked sufficiently (2 pans, 2 pots, bowls, plates, glasses, utensils, toaster, electric kettle, corkscrew, etc), small stove, regular sized fridge. The "hot" water for shower is more like warm water, but in the climate wasn't an issue. Kalki beach/Go West Diving is literally just across the street.

Overall great value for the price. Would just like to note that it would be a difficult place to stay if you were not renting a car. There is no grocery store or restaurants within walking distance. Restaurant 5 minute drive away, grocery store 30 minutes drive away.

comfortable apartment, well equipped, nice pool and absolutely friendly staff also secure parking. the house reef at Kalki Beach is one of the best and it is walking distance.

Perfect base to explore the northern part of the island and so close to beaches in Westpunt (walking distance). The accommodation was basic, but had everything I needed. Tariq and Jose were extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Location: Very close to nice beach that is somewhat less commercial than some of the other beaches. The apartment is rather basic, but for us this was OK.

There was no coffee maker. Also, the Booking.com description did not match the apartment. There was no TV (not too much of a problem for us, but not according to description), and only one A/C was available (the one in the bedroom) whereas the other one was off. When we asked about it, it was said that it could be switched on for a higher price.

The entrance to one of the best snorkling beaches is right in front of the property. The rental car could safely be parked within the compound.

The size of the studio was a bit small, but it had everything needed as advertised. It was totally clean.

Great location right across from nice beach and boat dive operator. Unit H has a really nice ocean view with patio. Good air conditioning. Very spacious.

The kitchen needs some additional items such as coffee maker or French press, a larger fry pan and provide a lighter or matches for stove. The cutting knives need to be replaced. very dull.

The apartment was not maintained. The toilet was leaking. Mould in the kitchen. Noisy air conditioning.

Very friendly host

The property is a 2-minute walk away from Kalki beach and the apartment that we were in had a big terrace with a sea view. There are mosquito nets on all the windows (the only one that was missing was the bathroom one).

The bathroom needs better light (there are 2 but both are not suited for the bathroom) and some shelves to put toiletries on.
