This house was terrific. Everything was very clean, updated and comfortable. The house was stocked better than any rental I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts were so gracious in offering absolutely everything you could possibly need and then some! The yard was stunning with all of the rose bushes in bloom and greenery abound with plenty of seating areas to enjoy the outdoors. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and were also happy to be able to use our E-bikes all over the area comfortably with bike lanes everywhere. The house is in a perfect location right next to shops, restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. We would definitely come back here again.

The house is really a gem. Exactly as pictured, with all the comforts of staying at home that anyone could ask for. The home is beautiful, tastefully furnished, stocked with all the comforts that one could want. Colleen (the host) was very responsiveness and made sure our stay was an excellent experience. The location is also great, located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is still close to all that Westlake Village has to offer. Would highly recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay for our daughter's college graduation. This home had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. This home exceeded our expectations and met all of our needs and we loved that our family of four could all be together in one place. Our favorite part was the lovely landscaped yard where we could enjoy morning coffee, but indoors, the home also felt open and airy and lovely. This immaculate home is very well-appointed with plenty of room and defined spaces throughout. We would definitely make this our choice for our future visits.

Wonderful home in amazing location. Home is clean and updated with nice kitchen that has everything you might need. We travel with our dogs and the home was very well equipped for us and our fur babies. Host was awesome. We communicated by text msg with no issues. We highly recommend this property.

We chose this location because it was half way between Santa Barbara and Disneyland and we have lots of family and friends in the area. Colleen was very responsive and helpful offering detailed information about the property and how to get to the location, which was just perfect for our needs. This house is in a quiet neighborhood , very close to shopping and restaurants and only a 30 minute drive to Malibu. The house is perfect for families and has the most amenities of any VRBO, I've ever stayed in. The yard is beautiful as is the decor inside the house. The beds are VERY comfortable. We used the Nespresso machine and frother a lot and loved bright and cheery kitchen. There is a step down at the entrance, which a few of us fell into, but did not get hurt. Not sure how to make it more visible/obvious but that is the only suggestion that I have to offer. I hope that Colleen will rent to us again, because we really loved the house and all that it offered. P.S. We hid the Easter eggs in the yard and on Easter Sunday an adorable bunny came and was sitting next to one of the plastic eggs. Colleen is so thoughtful, I thought maybe she had placed one in the yard to make our day more magical.

My family and I LOVED our stay at this house. It’s clean, bright, comfortable, and in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The fruit trees in the back are a lovely surprise! We would definitely stay here again.

The house is lovely! It’s in quiet neighborhood close to everything. The house was light, and airy.. with orange trees in the yard. Colleen was the perfect host, very responsive to all our needs (including when our kids inadvertently set off the alarm :)). Lots of towels, linens, very clean. Definitely the best place we’ve stayed in the LA area, and the only place I’ll stay when we are next in town!

This house was better than 5* hotel! Quiet neighborhood, home fully remodeled that came with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Several TV's too. Very comfortable beds. House was ultra-clean upon check-in. Fluffy towels and bathroom toiletries supplied were very nice. We liked the new washer & dryer in garage! Easy access to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Great comm from the owner. Happy to HIGHLY recommend. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay.

What a joy to stay here! The house was immaculate and the decor inviting and beautiful! Colleen was attentive to our every need! Between the fruit trees in the back yard, the generously stocked cabinets and the bottle of wine waiting for us upon our arrival, we couldn’t have been happier!

Beautiful home, very well stocked with everything you might need. We enjoyed the fire place because it was a bit cold outside. Very nice tv’s in every room. Used the office space in the garage to work. Owner was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. If you need a home in Westlake Village definitely take this property. Loved it.
