Our hosts were so friendly and ready to help! Nice grassy backyard for our dog to play, and they provided treats for her. House was nicely appointed with everything one could possibly need. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful first visit to Canada. Your place is perfect for our family of five. Thank you for leaving the light on since we didn't arrive until past midnight. The house is very clean, comfortable and had all the essentials for our stay. Having a washer/dryer is so helpful. Even having a water filter for drinking water is a nice touch! The house is situated in a nice neighborhood and not too far away from downtown Vancouver. Most of our quick excursions were less than 20-25 minutes away. Some of the experiences our family enjoyed included the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, Granville Public Market, Chinatown dim sum, Metropolis at Metrotown, Stanley Park, Brentwood Mall, and Glenburn Soda Fountain for ice cream. We made some new and fun memories as a family. Burnaby is beautitul. The neighborhood has a charm and has lovely views a short walk away. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Nice clean fully stocked property

It was very clean and organized. Everything looked almost new. It came with a lot of daily necessities including laundry and ironing, cooking supplies, coffee supplies, umbrella, hair dryer, extra towels and blankets, etc. Hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. We met their family, and cute dogs! Neighborhood was safe and central location to area attractions. There was free street parking available. Wifi was fast. It is a renovated basement apartment so you might hear a little bit of noise from host upstairs but overall quiet. Beds were comfortable memory foam type. Just wish there were more hooks to hang clothes in bathroom.

Great place to stay! Would definitely recommend and stay again. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, quickly responded to all questions. No problems with anything, well stocked unit, very clean, comfortable and cozy!

The suite is clean and functional and location is in the centre of GVA, about 30 minutes drive to other major districts. Not to mention Burnaby itself is a nice neighborhood too! The hosts are considerate and provide excellent room tour, communication, and neighbourhood introduction.

We can't say enough good things about Nabeela and Eddy's place. They were incredibly pleasant and left dog treats for our dog. The suite was immaculate, quiet, roomy, and had everything we needed. We hope we get to return some time.

Nabeela and Eddie are lovely hosts who take pride in offering a comfortable, clean, and well appointed accommodation. The beds are comfortable and if you are bringing a pet, they have a private and fully fenced back yard. We also had a safe storage area for our bikes. If you enjoy mountain biking, this suite provides quick access to the North Shore and other nearby mountains.

Very clean unit with everything we needed and more. If I had to nit pick the couch was not comfy but it did the job!

We had a great overnight stay. Location was perfect. In nice safe neighbourhood. Parking was easy. Check in was a breeze. Place was very clean, quiet and well outfitted. Thank you for having us, this will be our place to return to when we visit the city.

This is a thoughtfully taken care of basement suite able to accommodate a small family comfortably. Owners have made useful upgrades since our first stay and are very attentive to their guests needs. Easy access to the freeway gets you anywhere in the city within 30 minutes. We will stay again, and highly recommend!

We were 4 adult women in town to celebrate family in Vancouver for 4 nights. The apartment was not that far from where we needed to be in central Vancouver. You would need a car if staying here - we had a busy schedule and were out most of the time. Nabeela and Eddie's place was the perfect, quiet spot for us to get some rest and regroup. The neighborhood is super safe and quiet and it was lovely to have our coffee and breakfast outside each morning. We had one issue with a slow toilet one morning and our hosts were so responsive and quick to fix it that we weren't at all disrupted such that it was a non-issue. They are wonderful people and hosts, offered help and let us know that we could call or text if we needed anything but at the same time allowed our privacy, so it was a perfect stay for us! Would be happy to stay again when we're in the Vancouver area.

We were looking for a place close to Vancouver but not in a busy area. This fit the bill perfectly. We looked forward to the quiet after a couple of busy days navigating the big city traffic. Would love to stay here again should we return to Vancouver.

Newly renovated and furnished property, clean and well supplied. Hosts were attentive and communicative. Located centrally to the metro area, which provides pretty equilateral distances to most sites to see around town.
