The host was gracious and accommodating. This was my first experience renting an 'Air BNB', and the host helped me through the process, thereby avoiding any misunderstandings. The unit was clean and upgraded with modern furniture and appliances. I am looking forward to renting this unit again in the near future.

I didn't have any negative experiences and / or anything I didn't like.

Comfy bed, garden area lovely and relatively close to Huntington.

A few recommendations : Leave a guest folder for appliance details/ recommendations etc. Purchase a kettle, chopping board & toaster and leave a vacumbe cleaner for visitors to use Throw out all none dated open food left in fridge by other guests

Location was perfect for what we needed

The back villa shares the common area with the front villa and has absolutely no privacy unless you rent both villas Owner double booked our villa and because the party booking the main villa also wanted the back villa for a 4th of July party, he evicted us. We had booked 6 months ahead and we’re not double booked. Owner got nasty we us and accusatory and only after agreeing to leave on our final night of 3, got a single night refund. Stayed up till 2 am locating new accommodations on the eve of our daughter’s wedding. Was a stressful and horrible experience all caused by a greedy owner.

Location is great, comfotable house and some great tech intalled.
