We stayed in this lovely home for FSU graduation weekend and it wqa exactly whay we needed. Plenty of space to stretch out and everything we needed along with great communication from the host.

The home was as pictured and described online. Lots of room for the family to stay together - we really enjoyed the open kitchen/family room! Check-in/Check-out was a breeze and the owner was very responsive and helpful. This was a wonderful option for our family during a busy weekend in Tallahassee!

Upon arrival, we were a little concerned about the neighborhood upon first impression. It ended up being a very quiet neighborhood and we had no issues. Yes, the home nextdoor is a bit run down, but there’s not much the owner can do about that. The drive to and from the airport was quick and easy. The owner is responsive and quick to take care of any issues. He’s done a great job at ensuring the home is well equipped and clean. A few downfalls:
The knob to select bath or shower in the master needs to be replaced. It was missing and when I reached out to the owner he was aware of this.
When you recline in the very comfortable sofas, you get a whiff of what smells like weed really bad.
Halfway into our trip the water heater stopped working. We all needed to shower in the evening; however, could not due to the lack of hot water.
Additionally, the dryer would not dry our clothes. I cleaned the inside lint trap; however, it was more so due to a clogged duct from the outside of the home.
The owner was apologetic and quickly sent somebody over in the morning to repair the issues. It was just an inconvenience especially with having kids.
The location wasn’t t very ideal for a family as there wasn’t much to do; however, it served its purpose.
Again, I believe the owner has put a great amount of time, money, and energy into the property there’s just a few maintenance items that should be handled to ensure future renters do not have any issues.

Big. Nice fenced in back yard for kids. Nice gazebo for adults. Had family over for Thanksgiving and everyone loved the place.

My friends and I stayed here for homecoming. It was the perfect set up with space and location and the host was very accommodating.

I had no problem finding the place but the picture on the site was not of the actual house. Bedrooms were very nice although the 4th was really just a sitting room by the fireplace. The neighborhood is run down with the house next door being in bad need of repairs and I was approached several times by shady characters panhandling right in the driveway. You know I am not here to trash this property because the owner has spent time and money doing many upgrades but in the end location location location.

This house was great! The house decor is exactly has pictured - 2 huge sized rooms with double queen-sized beds and 1 room with 1 queen sized bed, bathrooms, large family spaces, sitting area, great amenities (laundry room, stocked kitchen, smart tv's, sufficient parking, quiet neighborhood and not too far at all from the city. The backyard spacing was huge! We went for a graduation and the house was perfect! Ended up having to cut my reservation short by a day but the time that we spent there and will accommodate. Good communication with the owner as well. The time we spent there was well worth it and I HIGHLY recommend. If we have a need for this large space again, we would definitely seek to reserve this space again.

The property was good , very clean and in an acceptable area but the only thing is one of bathrooms was way too small for that kind of house .. it need to be expanded.. The other thing is the kitchen sink water pressure was ridiculously low.. However, its a good place to stay ..
