We loved everything about it. The location is right on the bay with a sandy beach and the view from the big windows of the master bedroom is amazing. The furniture is attractive and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and excellent for cooking. We enjoyed using the paddle board and sitting out on the patio watching the fireworks each night from Sea World

We had a great stay with our family of 6 at mission beach San Diego. The place was right in the beach and just a short walk to the ocean. The neighborhood was really nice and you were close to everything (shops, airport, seaworld, the zoo and old town) We lived the house and did not want to leave. We definitely come back!

This is a great house on the quiet end of Mission Beach/Bay. It was the perfect location for our family who enjoys fishing near the channel, boogie boarding in the ocean and paddle boarding in the bay. The house was well equipped and spacious. We will definitely be returning.

Totally exceeded our expectations. The home was wonderful. Swell Team was beyond wonderful too. We just loved it all! Planning another trip next year and coming back here! What a great experience.

We never wanted to leave! We stayed here with another family of four (4 kids total) and it was absolutely perfect! Every room had everything we needed. The location doesn't get any better.. right on the boardwalk! The views from the master bedroom are incredible. We love staying on the Bay side.. its quieter and peaceful. Kids LOVED playing at the beach all day. It was so great for the parents to sit on the patio and watch them play. We loved this home!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this bay front home. It was well maintained and clean. We love that it has two king beds and one of the bedrooms is excellent for a bunch of kids or cousins (can sleep 4 in bunk/pullout beds). Strolling out onto the sand and back inside without having to cart a bunch of beach stuff meant more time to relax and be with family. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home! It exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and attractively decorated. The beds were heavenly, with new and soft sheets. The bath towels were brand new and luxurious, including eight new beach towels! In addition, the home was well stocked with everything we needed from extra trash bags, laundry detergent, and beach chairs. They thought of everything! The kitchen had beautiful (and spotless) appliances, an enormous selection of lovely glassware and dining ware, including gourmet knives, serving dishes and bowls. The coffee maker was a Keurig that worked with pods or ground coffee, which they also provided! There were large screen TV's in the two large bedrooms, and one in the family room. We really felt taken care of, and are very grateful to the owners for such extraordinary attention to detail. Thank you for the BEST family vacation!!!

This our 2nd time staying! It is the most practical, luxurious, convenient, home with all the amenities you need! The property manager was in constant communication, accommodated to our needs, even brought a pack and play for our little one! The bay is so much fun for families and the kids can swim without worry! Maximize your vacation by staying here! We will definitely return, highly recommended!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this property and we love it. The bay is quiet and peaceful with the clean, sandy beach right off of the patio. When we want a little more action, we just walk a few blocks over to Belmont Park. The owners are very easy to communicate with and it’s just an all around enjoyable spot to stay in San Diego!

We were a group of seven. 2 couples and 3 older kids. The townhouse is actually set up for 5 people comfortably since there is a small living area with seating for 5 max. The patio is great and so is the master bedroom. We had super loud renters above us for half our trip, and they were using our patio to walk to the boardwalk, which was inconsiderate- but just be aware of other renters sharing the space. The place was very clean and a beautiful location on the bay and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach.

We enjoyed the house very much! TV in guest master did not work which would have been nice. We could not find a hairdryer which we expected. Overall was very nice.

This house was wonderful! The only issue is that the windows and blinds were very dusty; when they were opened, they raised a cloud of dust and there were also some cobwebs in the window sills and one had a dead spider in it. Other than that, the house was AMAZING! I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

The communication helped to make everything go smoothly.

Loved the whole feel of this home, beautiful and comfortable! The view is fantastic and the location can't be beat! Quiet and peaceful, wonderful especially for young kids. Will definitely be back!

We loved walking from the patio right on to the beach. Our kids (4 and 2) enjoyed playing right next to the patio. The home was clean and comfortable. Would love to book again soon!

The home is located in a quiet area. Perfect for a family with kids with easy access to the sand/water. We loved all the beach items for use, the kids kayak's were the highlight of the trip. Everything in the home is well maintained. Very nice home that we will stay at again.

My wife & I and 2 kids, 9 & 6, live in AZ but we do a San Diego beach rental twice a year for the past few years. We're looking for a place to buy. We've tried the Ocean Side and the Bay Side in and around Mission, and this was the best we've come across. Both the location and the house are perfect. Very nice & clean surroundings & boardwalk. Very little boardwalk traffic, mostly joggers/bikers/etc. No vendors. Perfect amount of people on the beach. The 5ft wide boardwalk is the only separation from the patio to the sand, and only maybe 50 yards to the water. No waves, no rocks, no boogie/body/surfers, so perfect for the kids. We literally just told our kids "go play on the beach" while we were inside or on the patio, and were not concerned for their safety. Very nice neighbors all around as well. Windows everywhere inside. Everything is labeled and works perfectly. Every beach trapping you could ask for - kayaks, paddleboard, sandcastling, beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing, etc. all provided. Foot and body showers on the property. Public beach fire-pit 50 ft away and we just setup chairs early and built a bonfire one night. Full playground/park about 200 yard walk along boardwalk. Giant grass area for kids. Fishing off the rocks on the Bonito point. Fast wifi. Giant TV's, watched a football game. Great beds/linens. Tons of pillows & extra blankets all around. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, dining ware, oils, spices, etc. Big Britta water filter. Immediate responses via text for any questions. As I said....PERFECTION!

This house was incredible. Perfect for our two families of 4. It is on the beach! This is on the bayside so it is much quieter than the oceanside, which we loved. I can't wait to go back. Very clean and a large patio to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises too.

We spent a week at the condo and found it to be very comfortable and user friendly. All of our expectation were meet or surpassed. The unit was ready when promised and we found the unit to be clean and well stocked. The recreational amenities were satisfactory. I highly recommend staying at ANACAP-2662BAY.

It is quiet on the bayside and like I recall when as a student in the early 1970's I lived on Isthmus Court....ahhh, too bad I did not have 2-nickels to invest! The Panatiers will be back. Recommendations: a) check the AC thermostat as it turned the AC on and off in odd ways but it worked, b) sharpen the kitchen knives...dull!, c) add some small and medium size mixing bowls. All in all a good time was had and we even met your family upstairs!
