Super locatie in het historische centrum, alles wat je moet/wilt zien is hierdoor op loopafstand.

Door het bed heen kwamen bijna de veren, uit de douche kwamen drie druppels en het personeel was alles behalve behulpzaam. Ja, je mocht douchen nadat je was uitgecheckt, maar een handdoek werd niet gegeven (ook al sliep je in het hotel in een privé kamer). Ook wilden ze niet helpen met het regelen van een taxi, wat in Campeche een ware uitdaging is. Ontzettend jammer: behulpzaam personeel kan een verblijf echt maken of breken en in dit geval heeft het ervoor gezorgd dat ik in dit hotel niet meer terug kom.

The location was great, the staff was super helpful. The beds were comfortable.

La ubicación excepcional.

Una lastima que no se pueda fumar en la terraza y hasta que hacerlo el la vereda. Desde que entre por primera vez al cuarto y hasta que me fui hubo un olor a pies francamente insoportable. La higiene de los huéspedes no es responsabilidad del hotel pero siendo esto tan notorio deberian haber limpiado o desodorizado un poco más la habitación ya que en estos casos no alcanza con sanitizar una vez al dia. La segunda noche pedi en recepción que lo hicieran y así de hizo, lo cual agradezco.

Great staff and location, being a couple of blocks from the Zocolo. Staff were amazing, always receptive and helpful. Very quick to resolve problems and always at hand. 24hr reception

A few issues like toilet not flushing and problems with hot water that were promptly and professionally deal with. About 40mins walk from the ADO station by foot, but 50pesos and 10mins by cab (at time of writing, Jan '24)

Die Lage war super. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Im Zimmer und im Badezimmer hat es komisch gerochen. Der Bettbezug war so dünn, dass man die Matratze sehen konnte. Das Bett war sehr unbequem (ich konnte die Federn spüren. Die Matratze lag auf einem Holzgestell. An dem habe ich mich immer wieder aufgeschürft. Ich habe doch 35€ pro Nacht bezahlt, was für mich nicht wenig ist. Wenn man von der Toilette aufstehen wollte, kam man mit der Schulter am Lavabo an. Weil das Badezimmer so komisch gerochen hat, habe ich nicht geduscht.

Could it be nice to put some towel or something when you go out of the shower to avoid putting water everywhere (there is a brush in case to clean after yourself) No kitchen or real common area. It could be possible to do it on the rooftop even something really simple

Okay, the location is inside the old walled city.

Its not a hostel but more residential living. There is just two dorms of 8 one girls one boys and just one bathroom each. So there is just two toilets for travelers, extremely hot room with fans mounted on the wall that barely work. I got bit by bedbugs. The one area to be social is on the roof and there is no shade to use it. Since there is just two bathrooms i noticed bottles on the roof of what looked like pee and in a couple cases looked like someone used the roof as a toilet. I did tell staff about bed bugs all they did was change sheets, long story short I left.

The room was on time for check in, no delays and the staff was very clear with everything.

Nothing, everything was exceptional.

great location, friendly staff and very clean. not a party hostel.

Fans in the room were incredibly loud and not very effective. it could do with a proper air conditioning unit. the terrace is nice but needs some parasols or something to provide some shade, otherwise it is too hot to use. also, as this is the only social area it is hard to meet people.

The location is in the old town, so you can walk everywhere, even at night. The staff is friendly and tried to help out as much as possible. The whole time it was very clean. The rooftop terrace is nice, but too hot during the day since there is no shadow.

There is no atmosphere in this place. There weren't also too many other guests, but it was impossible to connect with other travelers. The bunk beds are very close to each other. No option for cooking, not even to prepare a coffee or tea. This place is good, if you only want a cheap bed to sleep in.
