The place had comfy and clean beds. It was 7 of us and we fit very comfortably. There’s a lot of things available like games, beach stuff, and an overall great location to be especially if you plan on going to Sand Harbor. It’s super close to the free shuttle. Having a dish washer was nice too!

The are so many kitchen drawers and there was a little bit of everything everywhere so it would take a bit to find things. Some of the dishes were dirty. But it did have a lot of things that were useful. We struggled to figure out what trash can belonged to us because there was no number on it but they were great on responding quickly. And it does get quite hot in there during the day but at night it’s fine.
