Home is as advertised. We needed 5 bedrooms, and everything was as in the listing. Actually there is a 6th bedroom opportunity in a den room with a sofabed. Well maintained and beautiful views of the Kiawah River.

A beautiful property, beautifully designed and well maintained. Stunning and peaceful views from every floor. Spacious and gracious bedrooms and shared space , professional quality, all the amenities. Has my highest rating, will return if possible!

This is a beautifully designed home with every amenity. We had nine friends staying together and each had their own bedroom and privacy, as well as extremely comfortable shared space. The kitchen was fully stocked for a lot of cooking and served us well. The views from each of the floors was stunning and Joyner Beasley was a fabulous host. Would definitely return, and highly recommend! 5 stars all around.

We traveled to Kiawah for a golf getaway for my husbands 50th birthday. We met friends there and we had the absolute best time. First, the house is gorgeous. The view of the marsh is stunning with so many visually interesting things to see. Gorgeous wild life and landscape all around. Close access to all of the island amenities. We golfed at 4 courses on the island and could not have had a better time.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Close to go and shopping. Home was very comfortable and well appointed.

Stayed for 3 nights. Picturesque location on the Kiawah river. The property is well maintained, spread out over 3 floors so everyone has plenty of privacy. Not just the master bedroom but the other bedrooms are large as well. Enjoyed our stay. Would go back again.

We usually stay on the beach side when we visit Kiawah and we opted for this house on the river. We made the right choice! The house is very large with high ceilings, 3 floors and all kinds of bedroom, bath and living space options. The kitchen has is large and bright with tons of pots pans and utensils. We enjoyed the long dock, the large gas grill, and the porch overlooking the river. The house is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, but close to the hotel, village, golf courses and tennis courts. It's a repeat.

Magnificent! The family who owns this home goes above and beyond to make your stay as seamless and beautiful as possible. The property manager Joyner has always been a pleasure to work with. This is our second time staying at this property and we hope to visit yearly! Thank you!

The owners did a wonderful job of thinking of everything we would need to make our stay comfortable! Our family of 6 adults, caught (and released!) over 100 fish and 4 black tip sharks! So much fun!!

The house and property were excellent. However, although there is a boat launch nearby it is for resident use only. It is my opinion that when renting a home ALL use of that residence should be provided to the renter. This was not shown in the house advertisement although clearly a dock to the water is described. Permission to use the dock facility was denied by the homeownership. All other launch facilities are more than an hour's drive from the home.

The house has panoramic views of colorful sunsets along the Kiawah River. We loved the bike trails and view of dolphins swimming by every day. The spacious kitchen was perfect for our family french toast challenge. And we slept in comfort after enjoying the farmers market at Freshfield’s. We highly recommend this home for your next family vacation!

Great house, great location, great vacation, but I think it should be made clear BEFORE the rental agreement that the Rhett's Bluff Boat Landing is not available to guests renting property on Kiawah Island and that the nearest public boat ramp is almost 40 minutes away by car. As my two son's brought their own fishing boats, this was a huge deal to them and would be a deal killer for me renting on Kiawah Island in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is big and spacious and the elevator was used highly by my parents. The only thing is that some of the furniture chairs were very dusty and there were small bugs flying around. The master bathroom has heated tiles and separate toilets for his/her which we absolutely loved. My son and his papa enjoyed fishing and trying to catch crab on the pier. Everything was very nice and peaceful.

This vacation celebrated a major birthday with our nuclear family of ten. The home was perfect for the occasion. Our contact, Joyner Beasley, was very responsive to the questions and minor issues we had. We loved the whole experience and we would gladly do it again!

We have stayed at 30 Rhett’s Bluff many times and it is one of our favorite homes to stay on the island. The home is in a very central location on the island, it is very comfortable and spacious, well appointed and has a fabulous view! We can’t wait to go back!

Thank you for opening your home to us again for a third time. This property is always clean, comfortable and never disappoints. The house has everything you need to make your visit enjoyable. The layout of the home allows for multi- generation families to share the home and enjoy the holiday season together, while providing amble locations throughout the home where the younger teens can get some privacy from their older relatives. Easy bike rides to anywhere on the island, pretty beaches and perfect sunsets every night. The views are simply magnificent.! We ran into a few hiccups with a few sick family members that couldn’t attended and even with a couple who passed away shortly before we were to arrive. However, Joyner, property manager, went out of her way to help make the trip possible. She is extremely responsive and easy to work with., and was able to make our trip a huge success. No doubt you simply can’t beat 30 Rhett’s Bluff. Hopefully we will be back in the spring and try again with the whole family.!

We had 6 kids (12-17) and they loved biking and basketball and pickleball that was all close by. House is gorgeous but wish the sleeping arrangements were better and for such a large house the main living space doesn’t have ample seating for us all. Kitchen was well stocked and during warmer months the screened porch is perfection.
