Perfect location for what we needed. Felt safe. Very clean. Bedrooms hot at night but fans were provided. Minimal items in kitchen but worked for us.

A clean and cute place

Pros: The place was super clean. It appears it was just remodeled, and the kitchen and bathroom were done quite nicely. Good communication from the owner Cons: The air conditioning is inadequate. The temp outside was in the 90's and the unit was uncomfortably hot. The exhaust hose kept falling out. The owner was responsive and came over and checked it. There is only one window in the main living space that can be safely left opened at night when it does cool down. Furnishings are new, but sparce. No table in living area to place a drink. No lamps in living area. No pictures on any walls and an empty bookcase. Just not homey. We were there Friday and Saturday nights. This is a very dense housing area. Friday night police were called to the place across the street after a domestic dispute. Saturday night one of the neighbors was hosting a very loud outside party. With fees, we paid over $500,00 per night. Unit is basic. We expected a safer area and some basic amenities for the price.

This apartment was very clean and the decor and furnishings were just right -- simple, updated, uniform, calming. I liked that there was enough seating at the table and in the living area. Beds were comfy. White towels and linens were all nice. Dedicated parking spot, plus additional parking easily available on the street. Easy to get on and off the freeway. The only downside was that it was really hot in the apartment. There is a portable air conditioning unit in the living area, and there are fans in each of the bedrooms, but even with all of that, it was still 80°-85° in the apartment until early morning. At night, after it started cooling down outside, we opened the windows and put the fans in the windows to pull in the cooler air, which would get the temp down to about 72°. It was very hot weather (100+°) and the apartment is on the 2nd floor, so both of those things were hard to overcome.

Property and unit were as advertised. Accommodated all my needs, and close to the beach. This worked well and would book again in the future.

Need air conditioner

Laundry facilities need a bit of work, dryer worked, washer not so much. I lost a $1, had to use the sink to finish my laundry. Neighborhood sketchy at night. 20 stairs up to the house, be mindful if you have knee ankle issues. use the ap to contact owner, don't expect quick response. location is good, close to interstate. bare bones, dont expect any personal touches. clean and adequate

Very nice and cozy place for what we in San Diego to do.
