Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home checked a lot of the boxes. Location is perfect. The kitchen had a lot of extras that we normally don't see in other vacation rentals. The bedrooms were larger and the beds were comfy! Most bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms which was fantastic. Large beach front balconies on each floor. Plus plus plus.The downside is the living area is very small and has seating for 7 people (while it sleeps 20). The dining table is wedged between the kitchen and the only living room sofa. The chairs cannot be pulled out to sit in properly. The wood floors were swept but absolutely filthy (turned feet black). The elevator was locked for guests. We spent most of the time at the beach, on balconies, and the exploring the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 11 had a wonderful stay! The 5 girl cousins absolutely loved staying in the bunk room together. We decided to have the 3 adult couples stay on the 2nd and 3rd floors to give the 5 girls the entire 1st floor allowing them to use the master suite as their own hangout/living space and so they had their own bathroom to use since their bunk room didn’t have a bathroom/shower. This also made it more convenient to go in and out to the beach through the master suite sliding doors since that is the only way to go in and out other than going through the front door and around to the side gate to the deck. The outlets in both bathrooms on the 3rd floor didn’t work. I notified My Vacation Haven right away and they had someone come out the next day to look at them; to which they said they needed an actual electrician to fix them - that never happened while we were there. We also had 4 teenage boys enter on to the deck from the beach our 3rd evening there. Again, notified MVH fully understanding there isn’t a way to stop anyone from coming up the stairs from the beach, but requested a padlock to be put on the front gate, to which we discovered was already there, but had to get the lock combo from MVH (this should be provided upon arrival to assure extra safety). The included 2 beach chairs & umbrella was not set up the first day. Had to find the chair company on the beach to ask them to set up our chairs. They were wonderful to work with and very accommodating after telling me they were not notified by MVH they had occupancy the week we were there and actually hadn’t been notified for about a year from MVH and assumed nobody had been staying there! Not a huge deal, but is something that should be taken care of ahead of time by MVH as guests should not have to be inconvenienced by this. We had four adults and five senior girls. Plenty of local things to get to quickly. In walking distance of a coffee shop, ice cream, Alvins Island, And much more. The property was extremely quick to respond to any questions or needs that we had! Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. The beach was never crowded and we were within walking distance to several restaurants. The host was super helpful and accommodating during and before our stay. We’ll definitely look to book again in the future!

Great house for a family! 4 king beds and a bunk room with 6 queen beds! Steps down to the beach and plenty of provided beach chairs! Very nice!
