The staff was awesome. The room was good. It maybe just me I’m a fanatic when it comes to clean bathrooms although it was clean the floor could have been clean just a little better.

This was one of the best budget hotels we’ve stayed in recently. It was clean, new, quiet, comfortable, and had great service. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived at 11pm from a long drive. Immediately realized our television wasn’t working and called down to the desk. We were told to restart the television and it should work. It did NOT work. Too tired from traveling we decided to speak with desk in the morning. We went down for breakfast and again were told that we needed to unplug the television and that there wasn’t maintenance available. So we went back upstairs and again it didn’t work. Also there wasn’t any hot water available…we were DONE at this point and checked out. Never returning to this location. I will say the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Julieanne checked us (my adult daughter and two small dogs) in and was extremely kind. Tropical storm Debbie disrupted our ability to return home and we had to stay an additional day. Julieanne assisted with the unexpected stay which relieve mostof the stress. ALL of the other staff encountered demonstrated happy and polite demeanors. I'd definitely stay there in the future!

This hotel is only one year old, and was very modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the room was great. The breakfast also had quite a few choices. The price was also good. We would stay there again.

A little expensive for basic room and hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room. Nothing special. May stay again if price is right, but nothing exceptional to make me a returning customer. Basic breakfast, good coffee machine 24 hours which is nice.

The bed was very comfortable, they was having a problem with there tv abd streaming service so we didnt get watch tv. Everything is on the first floor, and the room are kind on the smaller size.

If you haven’t stayed at an Avid, you should give it a shot. It is different than most hotels — hard surface floors, minimal furniture. There are no drawers or closets, but there are shelves and hooks with hangers. Rooms are designed to be easy and fast to clean — resulting in being clean.
The staff here was very friendly and helpful. WiFi was good. Breakfast was fine — not anything remarkable except better than avg coffee. Coffee from a grind and brew machine, and is available 24 hours.

First opportunity to stay at an AVID hotel and will not be the last. Very clean! Friendly staff all around. Breakfast was ample. The bed was comfortable and nice size bathrooms. The selection of premium tv channels is a nice touch too.

The booked aniunt of the stay changed once I got there to check by over half. The room was dirty, floors were sticky, the bathroom was dirty their was hair all over the shower.
