Apartment was spacious & clean. Bed & pillow was comfortable. Aircond is also sufficiently strong. Equip with kitchen appliances, washing machine & fridge (don't know if it works or not because we don't use it except fridge). Easy parking access. Suitable for family. Host was responsive & gave clear instructions for self check in & check out. Deposit was refunded :)

The bathtub didn't work. Other than, it was all good!

Location is favourable, as it is near to the food courts, the beach etc. The pool is about 180m walking, there are three different depthness to meet children and adult swimming requirements. The apartment is spacious n sufficiently furnished n equipped with washing machines, cutlery tv aircon in all 3 rooms etc,

Some of the equipment to be properly maintained. the water heater in the main room is faulty, the drying rack in the balcony needs to be fixed n equipped with hangers n cloth pegs etc. The water inlet to the washing machine is faulty n water is leaking onto the kitchen floor. The lightings to the second and third rooms shall need to be fixed with white light lamps to reduce the heat. Do provide an ironing board for better ironing.
