Next door neighbors were so loud. Only bad thing I have to say. Otherwise, property was nice and property manager was AMAZING.

Beautiful, can hear they ocean from the deck. Host is easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here again.

My wife and daughter stayed at this beautiful property and just loved every moment. The condo was very clean and bright. Loved the ocean views from the three decks. Great amenities and location on the North side of Seascape. Vicky was a fantastic host and was very quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Looking forward to staying here again next year,

This place is decorated beautifully with a modern feel. It was nice having 2.5 bathrooms and plenty of room. Everything was organized and lots of thoughtful touches. This unit does not come with the ability to contact the golf cart to take you down to the beach or give beach towels at the pool. We were unable to pay extra for this through the resort so just be aware of this if this is something important to you. We had never been there before so didn’t know about that option. The resort is “on” the beach but there is a bit of a walk to get to the sand. Overall it was a very nice stay and I really appreciated how organized and thoughtful the owners were with all of the amenities.

This is a great unit! Has a huge dining space unlike other units and 3 great balconies. Decorated very tastefully. Plenty of dishware in the kitchen. Very close to the pool and pathway down to the beach. Even had beach chairs and body boards. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay and beautiful property

Our first impression of this place was stunning, spacious, light, bright and airy. It is beautifully updated, the remodel was well-done. It provided everything we needed, including spectacular views from each balcony. We appreciated the cleanliness and easy check-in. The only thing we regret was not booking a longer stay. Thank you for everything!

Had a great time here. Very comfortable and convenient. Wish they had some beach towels we could've used, but no complaints otherwise!

The property was all we could ask for and more. The master bedroom had its own bathroom and balcony that overlooked the ocean. Everything was clean and we had plenty of space for our family of 5. We were able to use the pool and hot tub located at the resort. The beach was a short walk away. It's a 20 minute drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and the shops across the street were helpful when we needed something. The host was able be contacted and answered any questions quickly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape! The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The resort had wonderful amenities - a fine restaurant, great bar, happy hour and of course, beautiful flowering gardens. It's close proximity to the beach was a real plus. Our very favorite though, was the friendly and professional staff and local guests who we got to know. Our 5 star host, Vicky, went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay the perfect vacation. We love Cali and plan to return! Thank you!

We were so pleased with the clean, beautiful, classy decor. It was very comfortable, roomy and had a great sunset view. Beds were great. FYI, there are stairs to get to front door and no full bath or bedroom on main level.

We love Seascape and this unit has a nice open airy feeling downstairs. Communication with property owner was fantastic & appreciate quick response.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very comfortable and clean. Had a beautiful ocean view and were right on the edge of the tree line so we got to watch the deer in the evenings and the sunsets, we really enjoyed that! Also, was very nice to have beach chairs and toys toys provided…that came in handy for a fun beach day. Thank you for a great stay! (A couple suggestions that other places we have stayed have provided for their guests are: games/puzzles and soap /shampoo/ conditioner in the showers).

Very nice and clean unit! Came with plenty of amenities. Owner was quick to respond and was flexible with us. The entire property was beautiful and being there for a wedding on site made it very easy to be around for all that it entailed. Would recommend for fun vacation/getaway, etc.

The place was amazing. The view and sound of the ocean was the highlight of the condo. Had all the accommodations we needed. Do wish the fireplace could be turned up, couldn’t tell sometimes if the fire was going or not, that would be my on complaint. Highly recommended property.

We have stayed at SeaScape several times an really liked this condo the best. It is well stocked with dishes and utensils, a great quiet location, and very clean and well maintained. We will definitely rent again.

From the location to the communication with the owner, this place is top notch! Loved the extra space as an end unit it is larger than other 2 bedroom units. It is updated and loved the beach cart, chairs and extra beach accessories! Perfect for travelers not able to haul everything themselves or just like the convenience. We will definitely be back!!

I’ll get to the point. Stayed here in July 2022. I was looking for something roomy, close to the beach and nice. This place checked them all. The unit is in a great location at seascape resort in that it’s tucked away near the walkway to the beach for added privacy , super easy to locate and literally a 4 minute stroll to the sand. For those that aren’t familiar with seascape , the beach is HUGE. You can fly kites, frisbees etc … can’t really do that in santa cruz/capitola. Also there are all the resort amenities you can take advantage of as well and not to mention a village market and additional restaurants also within walking distance. The condo itself was awesome. you get 3 balconies all with partial ocean views … there were 3 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. adults slept in the 2 bedrooms upstairs and the kids slept on the fold out couch/bed downstairs for a cool slumber party experience. Check in was super easy and plenty of parking as well. There were also plenty of beach toys and boogie boards (2) available to use. Also a handy cart to take all your things to the beach. Unit was super clean and plenty of towels etc …I’m definitely staying here again.

The condo was spotless and the decor adorable beach chic! We loved it! We did not cook or use the kitchen much at all nor the pool as we were there for a wedding and really just used the place to sleep. The beds are comfy too and the bathrooms spotless. We did hear a bunch of people walking on the train tracks outside and people did set fireworks off at the beach but this has nothing to do with the condo. We had a great stay in seascape. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect set up for our family of four. The pool access and beach access are so convenient. Checking in was a breeze as well! We will definitely be back!

Your house is beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a lot of difficult with phone reception and Wi-Fi. Beds were super comfortable even downstairs sofa. Thank you,
