Location was great

Food wasn’t great. Restaurant was empty but hard to get a reservation. Bars were mostly closed.

The spa was lovely and the bar was nice.

I stayed in a yurt, so I wasn't expecting luxury, but I also wasn't expecting tape holding the plastic sheeting together. I also wasn't expecting webs in the window and seems in the bathroom. There was also black streaking all over the plastic sheeting. Mold? It was quite expensive for the conditions. I imagine the inside accommodations were much nicer. It was a lot more expensive than a five bed cabin with a hot tub I have booked in Leavenworth.

Beautiful location

Bed was uncomfortable, room was dusty and had cobwebs. AC unit was extremely loud and the fire alarm went off two random times throughout the night while sleeping

The location was lovely with a nice view of the river from our room from amongst the vineyards

The room we stayed in had very poor lighting, the arrangement of the bathroom was odd with the shower located with the toilet. I thought the restaurant was overly priced for what was on offer for dinner but was perfect for breakfast.

The amenities in the room were really lacking to the price. It said there was a refrigerator but it was a small 3 wine bottle fridge.

Lighting on the exterior stairs could be better.

Gorgeous views and great amenities. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Very pet-friendly - we brought two dogs, and they were very comfortable. A couple of good hiking trails nearby. We recommend!

Everything was great! We only wished the pool was already open for the season - it was quite warm during the day.

The views were amazing! The rooms were beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. The cookies in the lobby were delicious!

The metal bed frame looks really cool around the bed but when anyone moves it clangs and made a lot of noise, interrupting sleep. Dinner at the restaurant was good except they seemed to be out of things on the menu and at the bar. Also way too many TV remotes to figure out. Disappointed the pool was closed

Beautiful view overlooking the Columbia River from the lodge and grounds. Fantastic, steep hike from the resort down to the river. Friendly staff.

Our initial booking through Booking.com was for a King studio with view over the pool area. Conformation came stating the room was a King Yurt- not what I thought I'd booked, but we were up for the adventure! The Yurt was spacious and clean, though not fancy. The problem was the heating system, or lack thereof!!! The window type "heater" blasted on/off ALL NIGHT blowing freezing cold air right over the bed. The remote control did not work. The settings on the heater did not appear to work correctly either. Neither my husband nor I slept much, and it was just a miserable night... In the morning my husband had a severe headache, and a bad cold that lasted the better part of the next week. When we checked out, I told the lovely young lady at the main desk about our stay, mainly because I didn't want another couple to suffer through a night like we had just experienced. She said she would let her manager know. I am really disappointed that I did not hear from anyone from the resort. Unfortunately, we will not stay at the resort again.

Overpriced buffet. Should have been included with your stay.

It was very dark and difficult to find the place and also hard to see walking around at night. I almost fell down the stairs. I waited over an hour for our dinner.

This property really goes the extra mile. They were redoing the floors in their main building, and they had a delay with the finishing of those floors. They had called to cancel our reservation BUT we live about 3-4 hrs. from the property and left before they called with that message. (It was on our answering machine when we got home. ) BUT, even with that, we were welcomed, the delay with the floors explained, and they did a great "work around". they had their Chef make us a delicious dinner, delivered to our room and sent a complimentary Bottle of Wine. Their Staff was very polite and respectful. Everyone just handled this with calm, polite attitudes. Lovely Setting, Very nice Property.

They could have called us earlier and we would have changed our reservation. But, again, they did a great job of making our stay comfortable.
