I liked we had whole apartment, beds were comfortable, location was good.

Having to pick up keys at a different location, the lock was dodgy and door hard to open, no idea where to find room 10, floors weren’t mopped, benches were dirty and hadn’t been wiped down, sink plugs were slimy and disgusting- not clean, having to drop keys back before 10am which is checkout time, dirty finger prints in ensuite and throughout apartment, not given the right information to get into car park, unit lacked overall cleaning-which I’m sure should be done professionally due to Covid. Oh and where was the pool? I suggest not including pictures of things that aren’t there and misleading people when booking!

The location to the park for a family bbq

The main shower sounded like a smoke alarm going off in your ear. Some blinds in the main bedroom were missing so the sunlight come straight through in the morning (can’t really sleep in with a child anyway).

Only thing that it was good for was the location and the bed was comfortable - disappointed with everything else! Avoid and don't book with them.

The check in was the most disappointing and disgusting experience I've ever had. To be advised I could check in between 2-3pm get to the lock box (which you have to drive past the apartment for another 10mins) after battling to find a carpark, for the keys not to drop out / ring them to be told the lockbox won't drop the key out until after 3pm - go kill an hour with the kids get there AFTER 3pm and the keys still didn't drop - call them again to be told the manager has them and will bring them to me at the lockbox in another half an hours time!!! pretty disgusting when you charge a small fortune for the apartment to not be able to get the full time there. Toilet in ensuite didn't work - found out that the water had been turned off on it, dishwasher didn't work, lights in living /hallway area didn't work, didn't have a dishcloth to wash the dishes only a scourer. They have a sign up on the window saying tiles on the balcony broken (don't know which one as couldn't see it...maybe the sign needs to be taken down) so I couldn't let the kids out there in the worry they might cut themselves on broken tiles. I'm not one for giving bad reviews ever but this stay was stressful and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! False advertising too I feel with the photos of the pool / jumping pillow that is apart of the caravan park which the kids CAN'T use.... as for the next to water park....the park was amazing but as for the water part of the wording water park....it is not a water park!!!

Great location, very roomy apartment, secure car parking, everything we needed re kitchen & bathroom is provided and available.

Maybe a little more attention to cleaning, however overall very happy

Balcony was alarmingly dangerous. Majority of tiles lifted and broken, they used outdoor chairs to cover, my elderly father cut himself attempting to use one of the chairs to sit on. We where not advised of damage, we are heading to WA and wanted to use facility as a gathering point, balcony was unusable. Issues with electrical, main shower about to fall of wall, fat splatter on tiles from cooking, no lock on main bathroom, absolute filth under all beds, not vaccumed for a year or longer, no one done anything to assist with unusable balcony, so called cleaners came in, were very rude speaking in own language, we were given 30% back, but does not compensate for his injury,or not able to use facility as described. Balcony light came on 2 hours after switching on, as kitchen lights. Very sad 6 days had to make other arrangements for get together with family.

Location was convenient and easy to find.

Key pickup was 10 minutes south of the apartment, hence an extra 20 minutes travel for us. Oven did not work. TV streaming only worked for 2 hours of our 3-day stay. Building site close to northern windows - noise from 6.45am (though of course this isn't on the hosts)

Key pick up was a pain and no explained very well at time of booking.
