I hate all the security guard around there... They are freaking rude and very inconsiderate towards customer situation. The swimming pool regulation was not really clear and the guard doesn't really explain the situation properly... They literally let me in only for 5 freaking minutes to swam and then without being considerate that i've only been in the pool for only 5 freaking minutes and asked me to leave and even threatened me and my family to get out of the pool...

Nothing. The place was so Untidy and dust everywhere. My family have to out because the was too dirty.

Everything. The bed was uncomfortable. So hard like sleeping on a stone.

Huge apartment with table in each of room. All necessary shops near apartment. AC and ventilator in each room.

Very slow wifi - 2 Mbit/s. We asked to solve this problem - after that speed was increased to 8 Mbit/s but it was still not enough to work online. Only paid early check-in. Only one towel per room.

property is good like there is sofa, bed, pillow, blanket, towel, dining table, slipper, mini fridge, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine and so on..

but the problem is the bed in master bedroom is to hard.. and the sofa in the living room is only one and so limited, the iron board has no screw when we first come in and wanted to used it but somehow we contact the customer service on the spot and they fix it on the next morning.. I was thankful for their fast respond and services.. and lastly the swimming pool on the night is dangerous in my opinion because there is only small light facing through the swimming pool.. I cannot see clearly when Im on the pool.. also the bathroom hose handle dont have..

It was a last minute booking when we arrived at KK, the host was very helpful and attentive to all my inquiry and provides us with comfortable room even for 1 night only.

Hose bidet needs to replace.

Property is located at nearest restaurant, shops & shopping mall. Nearest to town area. Strongly recommended to those who are travelling from other countries. Host also is very friendly & helpful. If we've have another opportunity to travel to sabah again, sure will look for the same location 🫶.

Recommended to add more rubbish bags & tissues. Also mirrors.
