Beautiful spot...a bit confusing to find it. Narrow approach to adequate parking for four cars. Two downstairs bedrooms, one a super king with adjoining bath/shower, the second, a rather small two-person bed with a toilet and sink next to it. The hostess could not have been more accomodating the whole time. If I go back to the Cape soon, I'm booking 62 Old Stage Road...except this time I'm taking the big bedroom downstairs. Thanks, Tina.

We were looking for a getaway to the cape and this house did the trick. Plenty of beds and fully-stocked kitchen and grill. Central location between Boston and Provincetown. Dog friendly.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home...sparkling clean with wonderful amenities - even in the outdoor shower! We enjoyed BBQs on the deck and preparing meals was so easy in the user-friendly kitchen. Comfortable beds, perfect configuration for our group and a great location - minutes from Craigville Beach, Ferrys, bike trails, whale watching and shops. Tina is a great host!

You can tell the owner has put a lot of love into this home. It was such a comfortable space and full of New England charm. We felt like we were staying at a family's home not a rental. Owner was a great host and checked in with us periodically. Thank you for making our stay in Cape Cod such a memorable one!

Wow! My wife and I had an opportunity to spend a week on Cape Cod with our 4 adult children plus 1 significant other. We were hoping to find a place close to the beach where we could relax during the day and explore at night. This house proved to be all we had hoped and more! Tina was a fabulous host, sharing very helpful information beforehand and making sure we had access to whatever we needed. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated, with a spacious deck for morning coffee and late-night drinks. The large yard and access to the grill were also a bonus. We found trips to the beach to be so convenient with a very short drive and ample parking. At times our kids chose to sleep in and take the easy 15-20 minute walk and meet us there. The house really had everything we needed, all the comforts of home. And between the short walk to the 1856 Country Store and Four Seas Ice Cream, and the short drive to Hyannis and many quality dining options, it doesn’t get much better than this. We definitely hope we can coordinate our calendars and make this family vacation happen again next year!

I stayed here with 6 friends for a Fourth of July weekend vacation and it was perfect! Cozy and total cape vibes which we loved! Great decor and location.

This is a beautiful, classic Cape Cod house in a fantastic location. A short 3 minute drive to the beach, about a 12 minute drive to Hyannis and walking distance to ice cream. The house had everything we needed and Tina was an excellent host. Would go back again!
