Hard to find anything negative to say about this place - the villa internally was excellent with all rooms comfortable and well equiped - especially the kitchen. Outside was just as good with several terraces for eating alfresco, or just chilling, in shade or sunshine. And the pool was the best bit of all - a good size, and just great for the youngsters in our group...and the oldsters too. The only minor issue we had was actually finding it on the first day, but that was more of a satnav issue than anything else - don't try to drive along the track in front of the villa - its really only a footpath. Stick to the road which is narrow, but well surfaced. Thanks Daniele!

We cannot say enough to describe this wonderful property! Great location to beach and restaurants. We relaxed on the veranda for hours at a time. Our grandkids loved the big clean pool with a diving board. Daniel was helpful with places to eat and any questions we had. We would love to go back!

I absolutely loved villa Veranda! We just got back from a week spent at this beautiful villa. We were a group of 5,kids age varied(7,11,13) and we had the best time. The swimming pool was a hit with everyone and we walked easily to some yummmy pizzerie. The sea side is only 10 minutes drive and it’s well worth going. Daniele was amazing on helping us with everything since our journey there wasn’t as straight forward as we wanted it to be. So... thank you! We had the best time and we hope that we will return at some point 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Wonderful house with fantastic swimming pool, close to the beaches of Camaiore, Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi. Daniele was very welcoming and continuously available for questions and follow up. He provided excellent advice on good restaurants, many of which we tried. This is a good house with excellent facilities, a great host and close to many places to visit including Pisa, Lucca and Florence.

We stayed two weeks in villa veranda, and enjoyed it very much! The house is spacious, the outdoor space is very enjoyable with a big garden, a nice swimming pool, and a fire place where we had barbecues. The owner, Daniele, has been super helpful and gave us some good advice regarding shops etc. in the area. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele's villa and he was the perfect host, even driving us to Tosca at the nearby Puccini festival. The villa is cool, with efficient air conditioning in the two main bedrooms. The veranda is perfect for breakfast and evening meals, and the pool is excellent. We would definitely recommend a visit and would love to return.

We stayed for 12 days in "Veranda". Great Location with nice views and an extraordinary terrace and pool. The house was clean, the rooms convenient for two families with kids. We especially enjoyed the BBQ area and outdoor living with couches and dining table. The location is close to the village and beach and also perfect to visit the surrounding points of interest such as Lucca, Pisa or Florence. Only minor minus were the very active/barking dogs in the neighbourhood. Whenever we plan to visit Tuskany again, we will definitely come back!

Просто замечательно отдохнули всей семьей.Удивительная растительность .Большой бассейн, что особенно понравилось нашим детям, который чистят несколько раз в неделю. Вокруг бассейна есть деревянные шезлонги и зонтики.Просторная веранда и зона барбекю (можно купить свежую рыбу в порту, это не далеко ) .Вилла очень хорошо расположена, находясь в тихом месте, она одновременно находится очень близко ко всем необходимым магазинам, ресторанам и т.п.Местные бары и рестораны не разочаровали ,советую заказывать рыбные блюда. Местные пляжи находятся очень близко, где вечером открыто до поздна практически все, поэтому соскучиться невозможно.Спасибо Вам за возможность насладится Вашей виллой! У нас был превосходный отдых!

It is with pleasure that we give good feedback seen as we loved the villa. We enjoyed the quiet (despite the few annoying dogs in the area), the sea and the restaurants that specialise in local cuisine. The house is tastefully furnished in every room, clean, the spacious outdoors is well maintained, and although the kitchen is not that big, it is however functional and above all, close to the terrace where it is possible to dine while enjoying the great view. We highly recommend this villa and would stay there again.
