I went with my family of four and both of my parents. There was more than enough space. The outside area is fantastic with the hot tub and the cowboy pool. Both the inside and the outside are so well maintained! The inside was great with bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. All of the appliances are very modern and everything worked perfectly! They even had cold waters in the fridge for us! I would highly recommend as the property owners were always available as needed. Had a great trip!

Everything was just as you see in the photos! We went with family and had 4 kids between 10 and 4 years old. They loved the game table and outdoor activities! It felt like we all had enough space to be together or take a moment for yourself. We did a lot of activities near downtown, so the location was perfect. We didn't walk anywhere, but could have. The drive was a nice quick one.
They are putting up apartments right behind the home (as mentioned), but they seem to be working on more interior parts of it and we were not bothered at all by any noise. Everyone felt safe the entire time. My kids have already asked if we can stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The house was not only gorgeous but also very comfortable with plenty of space for our family to spread out. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. Plus, the location couldn't be better – just a short drive to the Riverwalk. Our host was incredibly responsive and just all-around fantastic. A couple of minor issues we ran into were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in San Antonio downtown!

This property is perfect. The location is perfect. You can walk to many different eating establishments every night and it is only a short drive to any of the downtown San Antonio tourist spots. The house has everything you need, and everything is upgraded including beds, linens and kitchen items. Everything is well thought out and organized. Now let's talk about the hanging out/entertainment areas. There is a perfect place to hang out on the first floor for family and/or friends. The outside area is absolutely perfect for chilling in the evenings. They have corn hole a hot tub and a Cowboy pool which is perfect for cooling off. We loved it and will be back.

Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect for all attractions. The owners were very accessible and responded quickly and friendly to all questions.
The only negative was the construction very near the house which was not the fault of the owners as all of San Antonio seems to be in a state of construction/renewal.

Great home not far from ANYTHING in San Antonio. There are so many small touches that made this house 5 star! They did not miss a single detail!

This property was all that was advertised and more: working with the very responsive host was a breeze, the neighborhood by Pearl was very walkable and close to so much we wanted to do, and everything we could ask for was provided (plus, eclipse glasses were waiting for us)! The place was very clean and well organized, and rules/requests made by the host were reasonable. Overall, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We loved our stay at River Pearl. Lots of beds for everyone, downstairs game room and TV for the kids, fun outdoor games and amenities, and lots of privacy and space. We parked the kids in front of movies every night and went for a lovely stroll on the Riverwalk - about a 6 minute walk from the house. The hosts responded to our questions promptly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to San Antonio!

Our stay was wonderful! Communication was great. The house was very clean and well decorated and rooms and bathrooms were perfect. The kids loved the outside area with cornhole and enjoyed jumping between the hot tub and pool.
The location was incredible. Easy walk to the Pearl district which ended up being my favorite place in San Antonio. Easy onto interstate to get around and 5 min drive down to Riverwalk. Couldn’t be a more centralized spot!
The host even accommodated us and allowed us to check out an hour late.
Definitely book this place right away!!!!!

My entire family enjoyed their stay in this very clean, organized, and well-appointed home! We joked that the owners probably had a similar "OCD" personality as me since everything was labeled and organized properly! :) I also appreciated the locked gate in the large front yard. Definitely would recommend this to other families!

My family and I stayed here for a short spring break trip. The house was awesome. Very clean and loved the layout. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days with a lot of walking. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean house. Well furnished. The kitchen had all of the items needed to cook. Spices cooking oils etc. 8-10$ Uber ride to central River walk. Walking distance to Art Museum and Pearl Street. I would definitely stay again.

Incredible space for a family, excellent location in close proximity to entertainment and dining. Within walking distance to The Pearl district where we visited the farmer’s market. Minutes to the zoo and River Walk. Owners are quick to communicate and were so gracious to accommodate a last minute unexpected request. Home is clean and the kids loved the downstairs area game table set up. Thankful for the coffee, tea and especially water stocked in the fridge (after a day at the zoo and another at Six Flags). Will definitely come back to stay!

The house was perfect for our family of four. We had more than enough room. The house is clean, the quality of furnishings and decor is of high quality. You will have everything you need at your fingertips. The front yard is beautiful and can’t go wrong with the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this property!

Loved the layout of the house, the hot tub, complimentary waters, the big-screen TVs, and the proximity to the River Walk. Excellent stay! Kids loved the foosball and the adults loved the great front yard.

Wonderful house beautifully decorated, spacious rooms and we just showed up with food and everything thing was provided! No worries we just had a great time with family! Our granddaughter graduated UTSA this past weekend. Our family enjoyed all the amenities especially the hot tub (great touch), the cowboy pool a little cold for us but a special touch! The property is close to everything in San Antonio! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property owners were gracious and always available if we needed anything! Would highly recommend this property if you are visiting San Antonio!

We had a great time staying at this house with family. It is in a great location to be able to walk to so many places or even a short drive to places. The house was a perfect layout and so relaxing to just hang with family when not sightseeing or doing things outside the house. I would definitely stay there again!!

The property is very, very exceptional! The decor was really good, and the homeowner even asked if we wanted to have Christmas decorations set up. We took some Christmas pictures with our family! It was wonderful… It was a perfect place for our family to hang out and have a surprise party for our daughter who lives in New York. The homeowner reached out to us multiple times throughout the day just to make sure everything is good, and that our needs were being met… The security was great. The outside was great the patio area the lighting, there were just so many wonderful things about this property! We would definitely be staying there again. There was a slight confusion about the cowboy pool… We thought it was a hot tub. But it was too cold, so it didn’t matter anyway! Everything else was wonderful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I appreciate all the attention to detail the owner has put into this rental property. The home was super clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the linens of high quality . The outdoor space was very charming!
There are some steep stairs going in between floors for families, with young kids, or elderly travelers to be aware of.
Plenty of secure parking. Enjoyed our stay and we will be back .

We just stayed in the house for one night, but it was perfect. It had everything we needed, was clean, and was in walking distance to the pearl district.

The house is really beautiful, it is completely new, the entrance and the patio are very bright, it has very comfortable rooms and its rooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds, the kitchen has everything you need and the laundry too, the whole family felt at home and the best thing is that you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a wonderful view. The house is impeccably clean. We are very grateful to the host, the communication was excellent.

We absolutely loved this place! It was just like the pictures and very clean and comfortable. The location is awesome! 8-10 minutes from tons of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the Alamo, and the river walk. Our favorite place we visited while in the area was the Pearl District. The shops and restaurants in the Pearl were excellent. We were lucky enough to be there on the weekend and went to the market that’s there every weekend. It was so fun! Overall we loved the place and I would highly recommend it to anyone going to San Antonio!

Wonderful house with a lot of amenities. Super clean, well decorated, all supplies are available. A lot bottles of water were provided. We didn't have to make a trip to buy anything.
There are 2 refrigerators on both upstairs and downstairs which is so convenient.
Location is centrally. Could walk to the Pearl, St. Mary District, and a short drive to River Walk. The street in front of the house just got re-done, nice and wider than a lot of other downtown streets.
Everything was perfect and made our trip a lot more enjoyable! Thank you!

We came for a wedding at the Hotel Emma. The house was great. Had every thing we needed. Everything was labeled which was very helpful. Host was very responsive. Would stay again.

We stayed at this Vrbo during our stay in SA for a family funeral. It was a great space for our family of 5. The host was great with communication!! I would stay here again!

The owner made the whole process a breeze and was accessible when we had questions.
The house itself is a nice floor plan and fashionably decorated with all new finishes. The front yard with the gazebo and grill was a nice touch for enjoying the great weather!
The neighborhood, Tobin Hill, we heard up and coming which we saw a lot of growth, but there are still some rough houses nearby in need of some TLC. That being said, it seemed like a safe area to stay and that locals are working hard to make it a great place.
We loved that the house was about a 2 minute drive to the Pearl district.
Overall, we had a positive experience with the owner and the house and think this house would be a great fit for quick or extended stays in San Antonio!
