The space is minutes away from downtown where our function was making travel to and from easy. It’s such a homey, comfortable, inviting place to stay with ample space. This is where I stay when I’m in Lafayette.

We were on a family visit to Lafayette. This was a nice little home and close to everything. The home was clean with the exception of some stains on some of the furniture, but nothing I didn’t expect for a rental type home. We enjoyed our stay, even though we were pretty much only there during the nighttime hours. Communication was good with the host during my stay. I left feeling like everything went great. Five days after we left, I received a phone call from the host and she accused my children of breaking things and causing stains and proceeded to cuss at me over the phone. I was unable to even discuss the situation with her before she hung up on me. My husband called her back and left his information and informed her of the photos we took and asked her to return his call so we could discuss it, and we have never heard back. We left thinking everything was great, until five days later when I was accused of things that I didn’t do, and I was told that I need to discuss with my children how to act. I would have given this place and the owner 5 stars on the day I left, and I’m still being generous at this point because I’m trying to rate my stay and the home, not the actions that occurred later. I would recommend this place, just make sure you take pictures when you get there and when you leave.

Perfect place for us. Great location, quite neighborhood, very clean

My two sisters and one niece stayed while taking care of stressful family issues. Coming back to this property after a long day was a relief and our group had wonderful family visits around the dining table late into the night. Absolutely will book again.

Great place to stay! The beds were so comfy! Love all the linens and decor! The bathroom towels were incredibly big and nice! Definitely better than a hotel! Very close to college and not far from all the great places in Lafayette. Would stay again.

It was great, clean, comfortable and close to UL. Love the interior decorating style especially all the framed posters from past Festival International celebrations. We will definitely book another stay next time we’re in Lafayette.

I visit Lafayette often to see family, and this is now my go-to place to stay.

The property was quiet, clean, and inviting. Melissa was responsive, friendly, and helpful. An armoire in the bedroom was stocked with family games and jigsaw puzzles, always a plus for me. Also, getting to restaurants, parks, downtown, and people I wanted to visit was easy. If I hadn't been limited by an injury, I would have enjoyed walks around the neighborhood.

Clean property in an easy-to-access part of town. Close to UL and downtown. Host is wonderful
