Had a good time

All of our kids and grand kids were with us 11 in all. Had plenty of space and privacy when needed. All of us were able to eat in the kitchen. Having the beach on the bay was great fir our younger grand children. Would rent again if all of us are together.

My wife of 50 years and I, celebrated the graduation of two grand sons, the confirmation, and my sons 20th anniversary, and a couple of 70th birthdays. This was the perfect spot for 6 adults and 5 young adults to enjoy each others company in a beautiful relaxed setting. The location was convenient to all the things we wanted to do. I’d recommend the property to anyone who wants to vacation with a large group.

We were in town with all our family for a wedding The condo was in a great location. Very well stocked and clean. My only complaint would be parking availability. We had a 5 bedroom unit so we had 2 vehicles but only 1 designated parking space. I understand this is how all the beach towns are but it would have been helpful to have another spot. But I would still recommend this home

The penthouse , Unit E , was great ! There were 9 of us … 6 adults, 3 children under 12. Beds were comfortable… great indoor space. Beautiful views of the bay from all rooms. The boardwalk is just outside the front door… wonderful walking path !! Great park around the bend with swings. Lots of games , and puzzles to keep us entertained. The one downfall is that there is only 1 parking space in the carport assigned to the unit. Street parking was limited.

Great accommodations, location and amenities. Top 2 floors of a sixplex with expansive views were awesome. Relaxing accommodations, responsive manager and super comfortable beds. Very nice place to call home for a few days.

This property was excellent for our group. We stayed for a 40th birthday. It was nice having big bedrooms for everyone and 4 bathrooms. The sunrise in the morning from the living is a must see view. Very large kitchen with anything you might need. Loved that there was a cabinet filled with games. very easily walkable to Belmont. We had a great experience at the property.

This place was a nicely furnished condo for a multi family vacation. We enjoyed being so close to the quiet bay or steps to the busy beach. We enjoyed the south mission area

A few things wrong, but overall nice. We had trouble with the first step. 3 of us had trouble with the first step, missing it and falling. Going upstairs was fine but coming down was the problem. 1 of us got hurt by hitting the table and chairs. Some pretty good bruises.

Awesome views, on the bay and just a few short blocks from ocean, parks, eateries. Kitchen very well stocked with lots of seating. Worked well having five bedrooms and four bathrooms. A small suggestion would be to have a little more seating in the living room. Highly recommend!

Place was roomy and comfortable for our group of 12 (two families with kids). Would highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable. The listing was a little misleading or not well identified that you had to walk up two flights of stairs (there was an elevator but had not been serviced in twenty years or so) and also said there was a patio...there was a railing you could hang towels on and could stand on but definitely not a usable outdoor area. Also would have been great if we could use the hose from downstairs unit to rinse off sand but we figured it out. All that aside, very nice place and very comfortable. Wish there was some boogie boards or surf boards to use. There was also one bike, two would have been better:)

Having all 5 grandchildren together and sharing time with family was just wonderful. Everyone enjoyed beach and bay time together - in the water with boogie boards plus tubing and other ocean activities. Restaurant/food choices and markets were very convenient. The kids also enjoyed sharing time at the walkable Belmont Park area. The location was perfect for us. Our kitchen was fully equipped and laundry facilities were certainly a plus!! Kudos to all that made our stay memorable.

I've never stayed in a rental that felt less like a rental. The furniture and amenities were amazing. Two negatives: no place to barbeque no place to secure bikes. Ours were stolen our first night. The location is perfect and the views unmatchable

We had a great time here. Everything you would need for a beach vacation. Our family of three generations greatly enjoyed this unit and the property management team was attentive with minor issues.

Very clean, top floor lots and lots of sunlight. Pretty cool in the evening and had most of the extras you need for a "live in" stay. super close to the beaches and the bay right out the door. 15 minute walk to the main area. Uber/Lyft picked up a little better closer to the main road. I want to bring my family next time instead of all the Party animals! This house works great for both!

We had a great time with family and friends in this beautiful home. It is well kept..... With plenty of supplies, towels, including beach towels, blankets and pillows. Great choice!!

We had a great stay at this property! We had 7 adults and 2 kids, and there was plenty of room for all of us. One of the bedrooms even has a foldout couch that makes into an extra bed. Even though there isn't A/C in this building, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms are really powerful, so those kept the rooms plenty cool. I like how the property is right on the bay and also within walking distance of the beach/ocean. If you don't have a car, there are tons of electric scooters that are available for rent that make it easy to get around! Be advised that this is a top floor unit with a narrow stairwell and no elevator. I would definitely stay here again.

The home was well laid out with all the amenities needed to host multiple families. A few steps to the bay and only a couple block to the beach. Fabulous location!
