Few friends came into town to play golf for the weekend. We had 8 folks join and the house was very accommodating for what we needed.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful home. The owner reached out to ensure our stay was perfect and to help wherever needed. I would use this location again.

The home was spacious for people to eat and entertain although the house is in need of touch ups. Walls are dirty and the doors have scuffed marks on them. The recliner is broken, the couch is not put together properly and spreads apart. The guest bathroom shower head leaks from the spout and the handle on the bath leaks. Needs maintenance throughout the house. The bedroom in the front of the house with the bunk beds does not get warm even with the heat on. Trash can was not emptied prior to getting there.

My family came up to visit friends and family. The house was perfect for the week…fabulous location, exceptionally clean and a fun game room for the kids. We would definitely stay again.

Exceeded our expectations for the entire family. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy all the amenities that were provided.

My group and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely nice and the upgrades gave the home a beautiful atheistic look and feel. The game room was our favorite space as we used it to wind down, watch movies and play games!! The backyard was phenomenal, we immediately fell in love with the spacious pool, sauna, and BBQ grill. Although the hot tub wasn’t working the host was quick and very responsive and sent someone out to fix it immediately!!

House was beautifully remodeled. Had all the amenities we wanted, pool, media room, dog friendly, plus extras (hot tub, game table). Pool very clean and outside patio had good shade from sun and had a TV and a nice grill. Beds were very comfortable. Only main complaints we had was that VRBO site check in was at 3, when management company reached out to us to confirm they advised check in was at 4. When we got there inside was burning up, AC was not on and house read 84°. Would have been nice if house had been cooled down for us. This is Texas and summers are hot. The marble tile was very slippery when wet, some additional rugs would have been nice when having to come inside from pool.

They will not let you pay through VRBO, which does not feel secure. Initially seemed like a nice property but quickly noticed missing typical items such as no luggage racks, no washcloths, hand towels, hooks etc. Game room needs some repairs, game table warped, burned out lights, TV doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi. Kitchen is not well stocked. Plastic dishes, no toaster, unusable nespresso machine, no dish towels. The trash dumpster was overflowing. They made us check out at 10, when VRBO reservation says 11. Main issue: The hot tub was shocking people! Back patio has a low area of sinking concrete with a pool of water where the sauna and hot tub sit. At first owners were responsive and sent out an electrician, but after getting an estimate they stopped communicating with us and left us worried about the risk of electrocution for almost our entire stay. A repair person did come on our last day to fix the electrical issue but only fixed the hot tub wiring and not the issue with the GFCI not wired properly. We requested compensation and they offered an extra day which was not an option for us even if we wanted. They offered a spa pass, but this was not useful since we were leaving the next morning. They then offered an inadequate monetary amount which we accepted but I am upset that that 1) no compensation was offered until I asked and 2) they clearly do not take the safety of their guests seriously. The Colony is a nice area, but I would not recommend this property.

The house is just as described. Comfortable beds, clean and full of fun activities. My 6 year old was obsessed with the game room and didn't want to leave this house at all ha ha The owner was very helpful and responsive. We'd def stay here again.

Very accommodating host. I had a last minute request they were able to accommodate me. Communication was great
