Great place love the view

The condo was super accommodating, tons to do on site, views couldn't be beat!!

The resort was great. It had Several pools and good location. It felt very safe. The only bad thing was there were not enough elevators for the size of the resort. Be prepared to wait for long periods for an elevator up to 20 Min at times. Elevators were often down and not working. The unit was not clean. Our family cleaned the first day there. The tubs were black. It did come up with a magic eraser so we knew it had not been cleaned. We also swept and mopped the first day. I changed the Mop water 4 times while doing so. The unit was fairly nice but they need a new cleaning service. If that is corrected the unit would be great. The property manager was responsive and stated a meeting was set up with the cleaner however there was no adjustment to the rate and no one was sent to clean it.

We really enjoyed the condo itself. We liked the layout, roomness, wrap-around deck and all the windows. What was disappointing was the hassle with the elevators. They were still under repair when we left the 9th of March. That was approximatly 45 days that it was down. Then half way through our stay they closed the pool and hot tub that was on the 10th floor. (closest to us) The water show is lovely. But after a couple weeks of no show I asked and they didnt even know that it wasnt operating. So what I am saying is the condo is nice but the complex itself was not. Be aware that there is NOT a view of the beach. Aneliya was quick to respond to questions and easy to work with.

It was nice, I expect more since we paid cleaning fee. It should be refunded.

Super nice condo owner very helpful and accommodating

The view isn't a direct beach view, but there's a little bay with a pier on it that it looks out over. The wrap around balcony was great, & Aneliya was super communicative & so helpful! I would absolutely stay here again & recommend to friends & family! I did give 4 stars only because I think housekeeping could be a little more attentive, but overall it was a really nice place to stay with 9 girls for a bachelorette party trip! We felt safe & had no huge issues! Thank you for sharing your space with us Aneliya!

Met all our expectations ! Great vacation enjoyed the stay

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The first message between the host was so rude. We asked if we could check in early if we paid more and they immediately sent me and email saying absolutely no early check in. Then someone sent me a message saying no but if we could they would let us know. I never heard back from them. Then when we get there they made us pay $70 for cheap armbands (that not all the guest have on) and parking passes. When we were told it would only be $20. We had reached out to the host about them giving us the wrong Wi-Fi information and the reply we received was I don’t understand your complaint. The room was trashed. The paint was chipped all on the walls, beds were just springs no cushion, only a couple of the outlets work and forget about elevators. It take 30 mins to even catch a ride on one of them. Don’t even get me started with the staff. We went parasailing and our bracelet got ripped off during it and she told me I would have to pay $100 to replace (mind you she just gave someone one for free moments before). She told me I would have to lock myself in the room and stay there if I don’t pay her $100. I have never been yelled at and given so much attitude like I received from this girl. Worst hospitality I have ever received, it’s a disgusting place and I would never take my family back there even if it was the last vacation option. Do better Laketown.

We loved this property so much!!! Condo was beautiful and the host was amazing!!! Very informational and helpful with the booking process!!! Highly recommend staying here!!!

The host is amazing and the response time was so fast! The condo slept all 10 of us comfortably and was very clean, I will say that the condo definitely could’ve been equipped with more essentials such as kitchen supplies, etc.. Over all it was a great place to stay! We enjoyed our time and definitely will be back!

Everything was exactly how the pictures look. So many different pools to chose from and is very close to Walmart. So that is a plus especially if you plan to save money and cook while. Will definitely be back.

Really clean and organized. We really enjoyed staying there and the host was very helpful for all of our questions and needs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is thinking about staying in Panama City Beach

Need to put more attention on cleaning apartment and add more better pot for kitchen, was’t any kettle for boil water

Great location! Great host! The only draw back is the elevators. Be ready to wait at checkin times.

Aneliya was a wonderful host, quick to responses. Will definitely try and rent from her again. We had an issue when we first got in and it was quickly remedied. The unit was so spacious and we enjoyed having dinners on the balcony. Loved having Juan Tacos & the Ice Cream Shop located below the condo and Pineapple Willy's across the street.
