We had a great time for our family getaway. The house was sized for a summer getaway with a large family/group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and even a second fridge to accommodate our needs. When the game room is available, the house will be even better

We enjoyed our stay at this property as it was perfect for our needs. The house was secluded and not near other houses which we really liked. The rooms were as listed and were very spacious. The house had loads of towels which was great as well as a washer & dryer which was very helpful. The listing stated that there is a game room which was non-existent so if you plan to book wanting a game room, definitely check in with the host prior to see if it is up and running as it was non existent.

Not very good. When we got there trash was overflowing in the trash dumpster which was in front of the house with flies . There is no hooks or hanging bars in the toilet, the shower curtains came down easily. No mirrors in the room. There was hardly any gas left in the tank for cookouts. The overall experience was not good for the money we paid.

House looks like it is middle of repairs. Game room is in wet garage and no games were visable. Also had mold. Windows had mud all over them. Inside: dirting and didn't have a dishwasher and sink was smaller than normal. Dishes and not enought utensils. Shower curtain rod wouldnt stay up. Wall plug hanging out. No heat. Cracked tile with pointy edges. This place should not be listed until it is usable. Surprise VRBO has it listed. We contacted VRBO - no response. I will say the owner who was not prompt getting back with me during the rental process. He DID respond right away when we told him we couldn't stay there and he DID refund our whole amount right away. The place should not be listed until it is brought up to VRBO standards or maybe they don't have any since they never got back with us.

Thanks for hosting our celebration for our kids & friends graduation. So many bedrooms with lots of sleeping capacity! Pretty remote area but nice & private. Kit the ShopRite in Liberty on your way there for provisions. With a few tweaks & improvements would be 5 stars!

We arrived at the property with high hopes but were immediately greeted by a slew of issues that significantly impacted our stay. Wet towels were left in the dryer, while dirty towels were left unwashed in the washing machine. This was not only inconvenient but also unhygienic. The closet door near the main entrance was broken, with one door leaning against the frame, presenting a safety hazard. Additionally, the overflowing dumpster outside gave a poor impression of the property's maintenance standards. The absence of liners in the small trash cans throughout the house was inconvenient and unsanitary. Although there were large bins with bags, one of them was dirty and infested with fruit flies, requiring us to clean it ourselves. Perhaps most concerning was the discovery that some of the bedsheets had not been washed, with suspicious residue present on them. This not only raised questions about cleanliness but also compromised our comfort during our stay. Equally concerning was the poor communication from the management team. Despite sending photo evidence of the issues through multiple channels, including VRBO and text messages, our concerns were dismissed. The manager's response regarding the conditions and dirty linen was dismissive and unhelpful, showing a lack of accountability. In conclusion, our stay at this property was marred by a series of unresolved issues and a lack of effective communication from the management team.

As described; host was easy to communicate with, property was clean and well stocked, and importantly all 19 of us enjoyed our stay comfortably!

The listing of the house is not accurate. The basement is under construction. Is no playroom and the water is cold, no heat. The check in and check out process it was easy. The host was very responsive.
