Stayed in the area for our son's wedding. Location was great and the property was clean and comfortable.

My two teens and I loved staying at this beautifully renovated home! The bedrooms are spacious, the area is quiet and the back yard has plenty of room for pets. The owners were great about communication. We would definitely stay here again!

We’ve never stayed in a place that had no toilet paper. We arrived from out of town with 6 guests for a very busy weekend of graduation activities. Needless to say we all had to use the restrooms, which had no toilet paper. That’s gross. We contacted Jimmy, who said “he would get back to us”. Get back to us? Bring some toilet paper over! I’ve never stayed at a VRBO with no toilet paper! We searched high and low and the place had none! We took pictures of the empty toilet paper rolls because it was such a joke. We were then basically told the place was stocked, and we were on our own. Sorry. Not cool. Our itinerary included dinners, graduation parties, graduation ceremonies, etc. I had to spend my own time and money chasing basic necessities for the bathrooms for a property that advertised a fully stocked rental for 8.

The house was in a good location, walking distance of the downtown restaurants. It was easy to access even though the roads around the area are very busy. It's a very quiet neighborhood. We did some holiday baking (breads, cookies and sheet cakes) and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped with mixing bowls and utensils. The hosts replied quickly to emails. We did have one misunderstanding about the listing that we didn't discover till just before our stay, but Jimmie was great and worked with us on a solution. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall we had a great stay at his house for 5 days with 7 guests. The house is setup very well with two bathrooms that are not set inside a bedroom so all guest had easy access to them. House was clean. Had great communication with Jimmey prior to stay but then lost contact with him towards end of stay. There was no written instructions posted in the house about checkin/out which was a first. With a little TLC on the back yard, a small deck with chairs and grill this place would be awesome.

The property is just as listed. Plenty of room, clean, great location blocks from downtown Edmond, and extremely well stocked. Really nice layout - good sized bedrooms, large living area and a large dinning table that is also great for playing games. Nice appliances and beds are very comfortable. We will be back again and highly recommend the house.

Three couples in town for a funeral. The house was spotless, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed including a combo coffee maker complete with coffee pods. It was a peaceful sanctuary for us, and it was especially nice relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs watching all the kiddos heading to the nearby elementary school. Would definitely stay here again, Jimmy is a great host and the house was wonderful!

Exactly as advertised. Clean. Best beds in any VRBO I ever rented. We had a great time and I felt like it was a good value.

Property is as described. I wiped the inside of the refrigerator. Very cozy, quaint and would stay there again.

The place has been newly done in the inside - very nice - and just the right size for our family and our friends from Texas. The location was perfect! Good size corner lot in a quiet neighborhood with a large playground and a splash park just down the street a few blocks. A Walmart and some wonderful dining all nearby as well. It was a quick drive for us to the bigger outings we did like the zoo, OK city memorial museum, Bricktown and Botanical gardens. Dinner from The Mule and Othellos Italian Restaurant are right around the corner and both were delicious!

We needed a home base while in Edmond visiting parents. The accommodations were very nice. This home slept our group of 6 very comfortably.

My family of five stayed here while visiting family and friends in Oklahoma. Each of my 3 kids had their own bedroom. My daughter loved the loft bedroom upstairs. The house was very clean and nicely updated, with plenty of space for us. The house seems to be on a double lot, so it also has a large yard for the kids and our little dog. We'd enjoy staying here again next time we're in Edmond.

Wonderful stay from top to bottom. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, location was good. Everything about the place was top-notch. We'll definitely return the next time we're in the area.

This newly remodeled modern farmhouse was a breath of fresh air. The beautiful open concept kitchen/ dining/ living area makes entertaining easy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils . The bedrooms had comfortable beds and ample storage space. The owners put a lot of thought into the home and making it a place that is warm and welcoming ! Would definitely re- book when down in Edmond again visiting family !!

Property was very clean, very nice, the whole experience renting this property was pretty good, the only thing we didn’t completely like was the cleaning fee but then we still had to throw trashes and take sheets and pillow cases and other small stuff which if i am paying a cleaning fee i would rather not have to do but this was our first and only time having used this kind of rental service so i am not sure if this is normal, but we would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

House was beautiful. Like new. Fully fenced and the fence is also new. Beds were amazingly comfortable.. We only stayed one night because we were driving through the area, but would have loved to make it a home base for a longer stay. 💕

This was a great house located near downtown Edmond! It was very clean and comfortable. We had 6 ladies for a girls weekend and enjoyed it very much.

Overall the space was good. Pros; Clean, spacious, beds are comfortable and everything is new. Cons; The shower walls have a niche that is designed to be set into the wall but they installed them on top of the wall making a 30" space a few inches more narrow. The tubs are not level in the short direction and allows water to get onto the floor when showering even when the curtain is fully closed. Some ceiling fans are installed with the blades below 7' elevation so watch where you stretch. There is no handrail to the upstairs bedroom. No patio in the back yard. Quality wise it's a flip house with mixed quality. There is some room for improvement on the property and timeliness of communication, but a good value overall.

My family and I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home. Great attention to detail and beautifully decorated. Every room was Immaculate with comfortable beds. Large bedrooms and great closet space, quality bath products, hangers, laundry baskets, wi-fi, lots of extra towels, washer/dryer, tons of games for all ages, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, high quality cookware and high end appliances to make cooking for a large group a breeze. The house has several windows and recessed lighting which feels light and airy. This is a great house for a long term stay or a quick weekend getaway. The host was extremely responsive and personally called to meet me. I will definitely rebook this beautiful home.
