We had a wonderful vacation to Indian Rocks Beach! The condo was great for our family. We had just a short walk to the beach. We have 3 kiddos ages 5 and under, and the walk was very doable. The condo was supplied with a wagon and all the beach supplies needed. My kids really enjoyed the pool as well! The only downside was trying to keep our kids from running and disturbing the guests below us. It was a bit stressful trying to keep our 1 year old from running as she isn’t able to understand when we tell her not to run. When booking, it is important to consider your children’s ages and if they will be able to walk quietly through the condo. We had an older couple staying below us that was not very understanding of our littles. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we hope to come back again!

This was a wonderful property just a few steps away from the beach. The apartment was sparkling clean and very accurate as described online. We were so happy to be there. The only issue here was that the days went by so fast!!! We wanted to stay longer at this beautiful place

Great place, huge condo on 3rd floor (no elevator). Short walk to beach. We love the local restaurants /bars in Indian Shores & Indian Rocks! They are close by too! The beds are VERY COMFY !! I would recommend this place.

Loved the location and property!

Property exactly as listed and more. Booked for half our trip to experience more than our usual day trips to the area when we are down. Great area with dock access in the back for viewing various marina life, including birds, varying fish and dolphins. Across from the beach with great access and an easy walk to many things in the area. Condo was quite nice and pretty much had everything you need to enjoy your time. Owner esily accessible for any needs. Most definitely will book again and for an even longer period of time.

We had such a great stay. The condo was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 children 7 and 10). The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and there was anything we could want for the beach(chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.). The beach access is great! We would definitely rent this unit again.

Unit was well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Close to beach and storage unit with beach supplies a real plus. Quiet area of town but could walk to dinner and mini golf. Master shower needs a new head or something as pressure was very low and bathtub needs a stopper. Otherwise perfect!!

Perfect getaway for a family. Easy access to beach and local restaurants. Great location. The house was lovely. Lots of space and plenty of board games, video games and puzzles to entertain the kids. Would highly recommend:)

We enjoyed the location, pool and comfortable beds. We were disappointed by the state of the beach chairs. Upon notification, new chairs were provided by end of day.

Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Roger was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions that we had. Nice having the beach right across the road. Good supply of towels, etc and beds were very comfortable.

Location was perfect. We walked to different restaurants, shopping and for ice cream! The trolley was a great way to explore. Beach access very easy and just across the street. We also visited all the different beaches by riding the trolley. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat in. Beds very comfortable. We are already booked for next year!

Overall impression: clean, spacious, great. linens and lots of natural light.

Property was as described. Great location. We took the trolley into Clearwater and back. The stop is right out front. Super easy. I would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Florida. Although the weather was a bit chilly, our condo was very nice. There was a nice dock out the back it was beach access right across the street which even though it was cold, we did spend time at the beach, and, all the amenities of the condo were very satisfactory!

The condo was very nice. The check in process was super easy. Roger communicated quickly with any questions or concerns. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

We purchased tickets to watch the Tampa Bay play against Detroit. Many of the hotels around Raymond James seemed pricy (about $230 a night). Rather than jamming four us into one room I researched VRBO rentals. I found this listing and booked. What a great option! Close to beach and great restraints. Even with cleaning fees, this was comparable to a hotel room by Raymond James Stadium. The condo is as advertised. I would recommend staying here and if I am back in the area, I will.

We had a great time visiting the beach. The condo was very clean, bigger than expected and right across from beach access. Caddy’s 50 steps away was awesome. Will stay here again. Thanks!

Really enjoyed this property. Very clean and spacious. Everything you could want in a stay. We were in contact with the property managers who updated us frequently as a hurricane had just passed by and we wanted to make sure everything was ok before we left. Beach access is super close, beach was quiet and very open. Couldn’t be more happy with this property and experience. We will be visiting again!

My family loved this condo, it was right across the street from the beach, the beach wasn't super crowded. It had all the amenities you could ask for. My family goes down to this area every year for vacation and this condo by far had the most supplied in it for us to use. whether it was pool stuff, beach stuff, plenty of household supplies, even coffee. it is a beautiful condo and a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Property had pretty much everything we needed. Very close to the beach! Only improvement I could think of would be maybe adding some good non stick frying pans in the kitchen. The children loved all the toys/beach equipment! We would definitely recommend for family trips.

The toy collection in the middle bedroom was AWESOME! My 3 grands and nephew were not heard for hours playing in there. The beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, chairs, wagon, pool noodles, beach towels meant that we did not have to pack any of those things for our trip. We had a great time.

Our stay was great. Wonderful responses from Roger! The location was quiet and very convenient to the beach! My family loved it and hope to come back to this condo again soon!

We had a blast at this property. They had plenty of toys/games to keep our kids entertained. They also provided a large amount of beach equipment that was perfect for us to use at the beach right across the street. We enjoyed on the on-site pool as well. The place was also quite spacious and the balcony was perfect for hanging out. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area!

The ONLY reason this is 4 stars vs 5 is due to unreasonable neighbors directly below the condo. 5 stars in every way except that. Within minutes of checking in with our 3 y/o (while i was unloading the car), we got a knock on the door from the owners downstairs saying we were being too loud. It was 5pm and all our kid was doing was running around exploring his new surroundings. We did get a note about that prior to check in, however we felt it should have been spelled out in the property description. If you don't have kids, it's perfect! If you do have kids, you may get nastygrams from below.

We were very impressed by everything at the place. They provided absolutely everything that we would need for a great vacation and didn't forget any details.... including beach chairs, sunscreen, coffee, sunscreen, etc. So impressed!
