My friend group takes this trip to Fredericksburg every year and this is by far our favorite large home! So much room to spread out and enjoy. Lots of amenities plus we all enjoyed the hot tub. They have already told me they want to book the house again. Thank you!

This home is the perfect place to stay while visiting Fredericksburg. In a quiet neighborhood but close to all the shopping and places to eat. We only had 6 staying here as some had to drop out at the last minute but even with a larger group there is plenty of room. Highly recommend it.

This property was very nice. It worked out great for 5 women with 3 full bathrooms.
It was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.
Hotub was nice also.
We loved Fredericksburg and would love to return and stay at Ruth's place.

We had a girls weekend at Ruth's place and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was nine girls and had plenty of room and the house was perfect. The beds were so comfortable and the décor was so cute. Would recommend and stay there again

We had a quick stay for the eclipse and thoroughly enjoyed the house. The hot tub and property was well maintained! The check in/out process was very reasonable! Nicely located near Main. Would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ruth's House! Beautiful house and great location. Bedrooms were comfortable and common areas were perfect for dinners, conversations and "game nights". Property manager was helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Ruth’s place. The size of the house was a lot bigger than expected so it was nice to stay with family but still have our own space. Location is great with downtown literally 3 minutes away.

What a hidden gem, so close to everything and so well styled inside. We took our annual mother daughter trip here and had a blast! So much room and the beds were the perfect amount for our girls and us! Highly recommend this house and location, we loved it!

We had a great stay at Ruth's place. The interior design, bedrooms, and lounge space are very comfortable. The home is within 5 minutes to almost everything downtown Fredericksburg as well. The kitchen has basics but isn't very stocked - we had to buy trash bags, almost ran out of dish tabs, and didn't have laundry detergent. The kitchen has spices but that's about it. We loved the back yard and the house overall. We'd definitely stay again.

My girlfriends and I (9 in all) stayed at Ruth's Place for three nights in June 2023 and had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street even in the hot weather. We will stay here again on our next girls weekend!

Ruth’s Place was just the perfect house five friends needed to get away from our normal, refresh , laugh and explore all Fredericksburg has to offer. We were minutes from amazing food, wine and shops. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We each had our own comfy bed with nice linens and three nicely updated bathrooms was great! We would not hesitate to book this property again. The owners checked on us and live local if anything is needed.

The house is a wonderful home. Plenty of room for our party of 4. Kitchen table was great to play train. Close to Main Street & everything you could want in a location. Property owners were easy to communicate with.
