This property was wonderful. We had a great time. Very relaxing. The home was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. The backyard and pool were phenomenal. We spent most of our time in the awesome pool and just enjoyed sitting on the patio. Also, great communication with Heidi. She kept in touch and made sure our stay was perfect.

The house is spacious, clean and well stocked. The pool was outstanding, and the backyard is very private. Communication was TOP-notch! Heidi was very quick to answer any questions, and a perfect host. The property is close to dining, shopping and located in a quiet and clean neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was the absolute best we’ve have ever stayed at. We had the best time in the pool and barbecuing, beds were extremely comfortable, the house was extremely clean (I’ve very picky about this!), the communication was top notch! My family of seven fit perfectly! We will definitely be back to stay here.

Our group of 6 adult friends stayed at this absolutely lovely home for 4 nights and it was perfect! It was so hot outside (over 110) but the home was a cool, beachy escape with strong A/C inside. Downstairs is great for gathering, with a large, fully stocked kitchen with huge amounts of counter space and uber-comfy barstools. Everything you need to make meals is there, including a Ninja blender, toaster, convection oven and a Keurig with lots of provided pods. Both the living room and upstairs loft have super comfy sofas and large TVs for watching movies and a good-sized table for games. The bedrooms are large with nice mattresses and good water pressure in the showers. The house is wonderful, but the backyard is what we loved the most. A true oasis in the middle of the urban landscape, you feel as if you are in your own mini resort. Every night after sunset, we jumped in the pool for visiting and cocktails. The hot tub was next, then cooling off in the pool again before playing cards on the large round porch table. Heidi was very accessible and checked in on us several times. Really, we couldn't have asked for a better home for our group and we will be back.

Great property does not disappoint

The house is spacious, beautiful and clean. The pool, spa and putting green is an added bonus. The house is about 5 miles from Surprise stadium. Heidi was accommodating and made sure we our stay was comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

I travel all across the country for work and stay in hotels and VRBO. This house was big, beautiful and the host communication was incredible. The pool and all the amenities were awesome. This was better than any 5 star hotel I have stayed in and I even explain how great Heidi was. If you are in the Phoenix/Surprise area I highly recommend you stay here.

Great house and backyard. When in Arizona, we will rent it again, if available. The customer service from the homeowner was excellent.

The property was the perfect location nice and quiet. The backyard space is perfect for anyone looking for some relaxation in the Az heat.

Four adults and one teen stayed in this house for Royals spring training and it was wonderful. Heidi, the host, was very attentive (checking to make sure we arrived and everything was okay), responsive (when I couldn’t find a baking pan), and thoughtful (providing special perks not seen in other homes, like sunscreen). The home itself is beautiful and well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked, the pool and putting green are terrific and the hot tub is hands down the best one I’ve ever experienced. The location was perfect for spring training and hiking in the area. We already are looking for opportunities to return to Surprise just so we can stay in this house again. Rent from Heidi!!

Everything about our stay was great, house was well furnished and clean, the host reached out to us before and during the stay to make sure everything was perfect, and the check out list was one of the easiest and shortest I've seen. Loved the pool, hot tub, and putting green, and close proximity to White Tank park for hiking.

This property is in a perfect location and furnished beautifully. The outside living space was incredible and offered everything our family could ask for! The kitchen and house was well stocked and the host was very attentive! We visited the World Zoo nearby and had a blast! Thank you for hosting our family!!!!
