The location was really good, close to the city but not so close to the city

The bed was really bad

Bed is soft Enough parking lots Kitchen can be used as well as balcony, washing machine, etc. Neighbourhood is calm and nice despite its closeness to the airport Room was not dirty and somebody keeps the toilets clean

This is a very run down place. My room in the First floor looked like a basement room. About then people are living in this house, two bathrooms exist. Windows are tiny, the bathrooms and the whole furniture looks old and used, hair is lying around etc. You can hear everything that happens in this house, people having sex, preparing their breakfast etc. Everybody tried to be calm (and a million signs advise you to do so “Please observe silence”) but the house is poorly soundproofed. My boyfriend said it was rancid and he is very tolerant. For 160€ I expect a pleasant room, but this was not worth the money. I did not feel comfortable. Plus it takes 1h with public transport to the town centre, so you need a car but parking is super expensive in the town centre, so better choose something located in other parts of the city like Fremont etc.
