The airport shuttle and staff we’re friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The location of this property was perfect for us. We only stayed one night. A shopping mall behind was a plus, large room and close to the airport.

The staff were very unwelcoming. It seemed like it was a bother to check us in. We called for an extra pillow and blanket. It took over an hour. They have a free airport shuttle, but almost all the morning spots were full. It only accommodates about 8 guest and there is only 1 shuttle each hour. We would have to leave 5 hours before our flight just to utilize this offering. It wasn't worth it. Unless you book way in advance.

I was traveling alone, but felt safe and comfortable here! It was a great room with great service.

Wifi and internet are a little spotty and slow, but that was the only minor issue I had.

A reservation at this hotel does not guarantee a room. Despite booking the reservation 3 months in advance with a confirmation number, the property did not have any rooms available upon my arrival. The front desk agent stated that “we are always overbooked” and suggested I look for another hotel. She could not guarantee that I would be reimbursed the difference if I found a hotel with higher rates than I initially booked for. When I told her this was not acceptable, she asked me to wait until the next shift (20-30min) for a more experienced staff member, since there was no manager on duty. This was at 11pm after a long day of traveling with kids (who were on east coast time so it was 2am for them) and grandparents. After another hour, the hotel staff found another hotel with available rooms nearby and transported us there and covered the cost of our stay.

great safe & clean location in walking distance to shopping & restaurants. rooms were clean & facilities were nice

the lady working the front desk wasn’t very friendly. she sent us the complete opposite directions to our room which was frustrating, didn’t crack a smile once.

We loved the modern rooms, free breakfast, and the pool.

The only downside was that the room had some minor cosmetic damage around the windows, but overall, it was a great deal for the price.

Besides the 1 con, it was a good location to the mall, good amenities, and breakfast had hot items.

1 tiny con: There was a 1 liter bottle of water in the room for purchase for $5, which was too expensive. So we thought if we went downstairs to the little store by the lobby we'd be saving money. They had the single serving water, which I stupidly assumed was gonna cost $2 at the most . But when I checked my receipt after I got home, it was $4.50!!!!!!! So if you're thirsty just drink the 1 liter in the room.
