This was such a lovely place at a reasonable price. Will stay here again if ever visiting the Keys again.

Summer land Key is conveniently located So of the 7 mile bridge and a short 35 minute drive to Key West. The property is super quiet and comfortable. We stayed in Palm Cottage which was perfect for just me and the wife. Great appliances; full size fridge, 4 burner stove with oven. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans, etc if you want to cook vs. going out. Soft towels, fully stocked bath. Owners even provide a cooler and beach chairs, a nice touch. Hope is a gracious host and super responsive if you need anything. She was friendly but respectful of our time…perfect! The best surprise was the close proximity of great food. This is a beautiful property. Beautiful grounds with a lot of open space, wetlands, tons of birds... The cottage itself was perfect. The bed was comfy, the shower was great and we had everything that we needed. There's a grill near the pool and that was perfect for a nice dinner at 'home'. The pool was beautiful as well, a little chilly while we were there, but still perfect. There's a lot to explore and do around Summerland Key, lots of nature trails and whatnot. And it's a nice quiet location to come back to after exploring the other Keys. We had a fantastic time!

Very nice property. Included all the amenities and extras like beach towels and chairs. very quiet conveniently located half way between Key West and Marathon key. Host was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Our cottage was simple, a little worn but as described, clean and quiet. It was an 20-30” drive to Key West and conveniently located with restaurants nearby. The pool area was well maintained and made for a nice outdoor area to cool off and relax. The host was attentive but not over bearing and communications were easy. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

When we first got there if we had a couple issues. But the owner responded very quickly and resolved those issues. The cabin is very cute and really close to a lot of the places we wanted to go to. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful clean, quiet property. Cute little cottage, which provided all necessary amenities, including towels, beach chairs, sun tan lotion, etc. Owner was a very sweet, kind man. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!!

We can’t thank Glenn enough for sharing his oasis with us. The Green Bungalow was perfect, clean and private. We felt like we were home. The pool was nice, clean and refreshing. We will be back and we are telling everyone about this amazing gem and the price was perfect. Thank you again!!!!

Loved, Loved , Loved everything about my vacation here. From the great communication with the owners, to the privacy and setting of this quaint little cottage and the short 30 minute drive to the hustle and fun of Key West. I would highly recommend this for your next stay. Cottage was very clean with quaint little kitchen, private pool with jacuzzi right at your doorstep and washer/dryer on site. The serenity and privacy alone make this an ideal spot to stay. 15 minute to public beach areas, water front visible and accessible across the street and lot of nice restaurants nearby. Convenient location to enjoy all the keys throughout your stay. The property has a couple of other cottages on site for rent as well , which would make this perfect for reunions, girls trip and family get togethers. Already looking ahead to next year for a return stay here and bringing multiple families.

Enjoyed our 2 week stay! The property was the perfect location in between Key West and Marathon. It is a great spot for getting to explore the lower Keys and checking off our boxes of experiences and places to see without being too far of a drive. It was nice to have a quiet place to come back to after visiting KW for the day. First of all before even checking in the owners and property managers were awesome and quick to communicate with our needs and questions. We even had a nice chat with Hope in person while we were there. When we arrived the property grounds was spacious, quiet, and well maintained. The Green cottage was perfect accommodation and seclusion for our 30th anniversary. It was very clean and included beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. We enjoyed the pool after a long day of exploring the keys and some days it was nice to chill and relax. We even enjoyed the outside shower! I loved being able to walk across the street to watch the sun rise on the water. We usually stay on Big Pine Key but we loved our visit here and look forward to coming back again! It is a great place to bring family and spread out to the different units on the property. This place was one of our BEST vacations in the KEYS!

The cottage and site were clean and provided easy access to the other places we visited. I liked having a washer/dryer on site!

Could have been more attention to detail in recent remodel but everything worked as it should. Loved the location, private and quiet. We truly enjoyed our visit and would go back.

This property was perfect for us! Any small concerns were address with kindness and efficiency. Communication was great. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed there. The cooler and lounge chairs were very much appreciated for trips to nearby beaches. It is in a nice quiet area, but close to restaurants and anything you may want to do. We will definitely try to make it back someday!
