Great location for a family leaving out for a cruise.

I came with my family to Seattle for my Mom's 80th birthday. This unit was perfectly located in Ballard close to my sister and where other family was staying. It is a beautiful neighborhood, close to restaurants and coffee shops. The communication with the owner was very quick on several occasions, with minor things we needed clarification on. I would rent here again.

Enjoyed our weekend visiting our daughter the house was clean, beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood.

We filtered our search specifically for off-street parking and pet-friendly. This listing included a garage BUT ONLY IN CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS INFORMED US COMPACT SUV OR SMALLER ONLY WOULD FIT. Our rental no way fitted so we had to search for off-street parking all week which was very scarce evenings and weekends. We ended up 4 blocks away often. After we checked out we were notified we would be charged extra as the cleaner noticed some dog hair(our daughter who lives in Seattle visited with her one small dog) Perhaps they do not vacuum nor actually clean between guest. We noticed they changes the listing since we complained. GOOD LUCK FINDING PARKING.

We really enjoyed staying here. My daughter in law had surgery at Swedish and the location was perfect. The street parking was just as described, easy and available. My son has a BMW i3 that fit perfectly in the garage for charging. It is a small garage and you need to park at an angle so a car around that size will fit. I have a larger SUV and didn't have any trouble finding a place to park next to the home. There is street parking right across the home with room for 15ish cars in a median parking area that separates both lanes of the road. The road is not busy so it is a great option if you can't find street/curb parking right next to the home. The family room was perfect for binge watching movies while she recouped and the kitchen was nicely equipped for our needs. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortably decorated. All my questions/messages were answered promptly. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean well furnished Condo. Close to shopping and Restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well furnished. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this townhome in ballard with family and pups for the holidays! There was plenty of room for our 7 people. The kitchen was great for cooking and the location was convenient to ballard and seattle. Will definitely stay again!

We’ve stayed at several VRBO & other properties but our stay here certainly is at the top of our list of favorites. This home is beautiful, very clean, modern and welcoming. We felt right at home staying here. We also had very prompt and helpful interactions with the managing agent who was very attentive and responsive to the few questions we had. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place only an easy short drive from most of Seattle’s major attractions. Plus we enjoyed Ballard where we had an excellent dinner at a local restaurant.
