Its fair to state that the Salgados Course can be compared to most Links course as it is set on flat land behind a sandy beach. There are many water hazards and the open environmental nature has the added asset of the great Algarve climate. As it is very subject to the elements with little vegetation a considerable amount of technically skill in play is required to obtain a good round.
- Driving Directions
Via Infante (A22) - Take Alcantarilha Exit-7 and at the roundabout which is the Road EN 125 bear to the left and head east down the hill to traffic lights. At these traffic lights bear to the right towards Armação de Pera. About 1 kilometre further on with a Petrol Station on the left you will a roundabout. Go around the roundabout and take the turning off to the left heading east. At the next roundabout keep driving towards Albufeira and after another 1.5 kilometres you will see a sign pointed to the right and the golf course.

Good size appartment but noisy building site opposite and noisy gardeners each week. Ant's nest kept us from enjoying the outside space. No internet, No English satellite channels to watch and unable to use the freezer being frozen solid.

Lovely clean property with everything you could possibly need when staying with children. Beautiful grounds with a gorgeous pool. Very helpful host who answered queries straight away. Cant wait to go back.

Really lovely resort with a shared pool and plenty of grass area should you have small children in need of somewhere safe to run around. The resort is close to a number of restaurants all really good quality (variety of prices) within 10-30 mins walk including those at the beach with views of the sunset that are amazing. Anything further or if you have children, I would recommend a car.
Would recommend the accommodation and hosts who were really helpful with information before departure.

The property is nice and well maintained in a quiet neighborhood near several beaches and a few restaurants in walking distance. You need a car for the beaches but a very relaxing area.

The apartment is in a beautifully kept complex and it’s in a lovely quiet location. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your holiday. Booking was easy and instructions were clear.
The nearest supermarket is Spar which is around a 15 minute walk. Don’t believe the signs that say Aldi is 3 minutes away.... it took us about an hour to walk!!!
There a couple of nice restaurants a short walk away. The Brasserie is closest and the food was lovely. O Marinheiro was amazing but I would recommend booking your table as it’s very popular with tourists and locals.

We stayed in the 1-bedroom for 2 weeks with a 1-year old toddler. The property is amazing, very new and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a great stay, including a travel cot and a high chair for the baby. The property has a lot of space, it is quite and has a lot of natural light. The condo itself has a great location - it is close to the beaches and a short drive from Albufeira. The pool was nice and the sunsets on the roof are amazing! We found the whole renting process very easy and had good interactions with the owner, so thank you for that. My only recommendation is to offer a free cleaning for anyone staying over 1-week. Thank you very much and I look forward to returning in 2019! Obrigado!

A well equiped appartment away from the crowds of albufeira. It has a big shared garden and nice pool. The beach (Castelo) is a 10 min walk away and is very beautiful. Praia Lourenco is also very nice.
I wouldn't recommend it for families with a baby. Though the owner arranged a babybed and chair, we couldn't use the bed since there wasn't a mattress in it. The owner told us that was normal there is only a bottom in the bed. But the result was our son the whole week in between us in our own bed.
All in all a nice place to relax and spend your holiday.

We stayed at the T1 apartment for one week and had a perfect time. The whole facility but also the apartment in particular are in very good shape, very clean and everything was 100% as reported. The apartment is located in a quiet area of the facility and thus with a lot of privacy. Nice beaches are in walking distance and at least during this time of the year, the whole area was not crowded. The place and the apartment greatly exceeded our expectations!

First of all we want to thank Pedro & Cristina for the great stay at their apartment. We have been one week in July/August in the T1 apartment. Everything was very well organized, beginning by the first contact (e.g. always fast respond of emails from Pedro) until the last day when we had left from the location. Due to a problem with our car we delayed and Pedro was very patient and helpful to us from the first day on. The apartment was very nice and in a very well maintained location. Everything was like it was described before and the complete apartment was very clean and in good condition. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything a family needs. From the location there are super markets and restaurants nearby, even the beach is in walking distance. We have enjoyed the stay very much and we can fully recommend the stay at Pedro & Cristina's Baia Village apartments. We will come back for sure, it's just a matter of time. Thanks again for the great time.
