A nice spot on a mostly quiet island. Near the oyster factory which produced some noise and truck traffic but not terrible. McLoons right around the corner was special treat. Loved driving around Maine and to and from our sweet spot. WiFi didn’t work while we were there but we were warned about that somewhat. Loved the balcony sitting area!

For a small cottage it was spacious, had modern amenities. The listing says harbor view but you have to look thru power lines, power poles and a lobster processing plant. The side stone steps are overgrown with vegetation making it hard to maneuver. All in all a good experience.

Great place for a romantic get a way. Great lobster just down the road.

We loved the location- close to the water and quite rural yet close enough to dip into the bigger towns when we wanted.

My husband and I decided to go away spur of the moment and discovered this adorable beach cottage in South Thomaston Maine. The cottage was in a quiet neighbor hood and was clean and cozy. The front porch had a ocean view and the sea breeze was refreshing. Beds were very comfortable and fully stocked kitchen was a plus. The WIFI was spotty at times however it wasn't a big deal. The best part was McLoon's seafood shack, which was a short walk from the cottage and had the best lobster and ocean views ever. We enjoyed this cottage immensely and would definitely return in the future.

Loved the fire pit! The kitchen was great, and the view was fabulous!

Perfect little getaway spot for a few moms looking for an ocean view ! So clean and perfectly appointed!

Great week’s stay at this warm and comfortable cottage. Had everything we needed to cook our meals, work from the home, and was ear to our events in the area.
