Didnt give back the deposit

First they wont responsive for your questions. The agent will only text you during check in and ask extra RM 800 to enter house. They again will not reply until you make payment. This deposit will not be returned to you atlast they will dissappear .

Bad I can't get my deposit back. SMS and calls are not answered.

Scammer...a week already never return my deposit...never replied msg and answer the phone...?!!!!!

I like the location of the Homestay as it is very near to all the visiting places.

I didnt like the waiting time of the key collection from the lock box as I was informed late today make it the deposit payment and had to wait out in the hot sun with families. But I have been calling the PIC no answer before 2 days. The PIC only get back to me on the arrival day 2.30pm as were I couldn't reply back ASAP coz using the phone for Waze to locate the Homestay...

I didnt like this want . Because once arrive they ask deposit 300 and until now i didnt get my deposit back . I just stay here one night only . Im going to viral this property as soon as posible .

The place was good facilities is okay no problem But the price is shown us different it shows 216 for 14 pax when I booked get 5pax need to unlock for extra room must pay extra 200. The agent responded very late and the agent said I broken many things when I entered the house got some item been damaged. The agent deduct my deposit 300 when ever I text them no reply asked for proof didn't provide and myself have proof when I'm leaving the house
