Cleanliness, flexibility of the staff, and the facilities compared to other budget hotels in Tanzania.

-The staff doesn't speak English. The food always takes long time, but that's just normal in Africa. -if you want to go to the city center everyday, maybe the location of the hotel won’t be good for you.

Second morning breakfast was spaghetti. No tea bags. Requested toilet paper and bar of soap which I never received.

Room and bathroom were big in size.

For one night is a good option. Huge bed, hot shower and wi-fi. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Couldn't try breakfast as we were leaving at 7am and breakfast starts at 7:30. We asked for breakfast to be served earlier, but the cook doesn't come to work until 7:00. That's why it's impossible to get breakfast earlier.

At night it is noisy if someone is talking in the hallway because the doors are not soundproofed.

Large, spotlessly clean rooms in a brand new building. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have your own car, the location is perfect -- about 3 km from the centre, right on the main highway, with secure private parking.

The wifi went down for several hours and was generally slow, but that's normal in Arusha. If you don't have your own car, the location feels isolated -- it's on the main highway about 3 km northeast of the centre. I found one good sports bar / restuarant on the highway about 10 minutes' walk away, and the hotel owner can call a tuk-tuk to take you anywhere you want to go. There's a trade-off here -- if you want a big room in a bright new building at a low price, and you don't mind being away from the centre, then this is a good choice. But if location is more important to you than aesthetics, then one of the hostels right in the centre might be a better option for you.

Everything good, its a nice quiet place and small shops and eatery's a around the corner. Lionel was even very helpful to get my equipment repaired.

Nothing bad!

It was clean and seemed quite new. Close to the main road but no noise. Tanzanian breakfast included, different each day, but fixed plate, we liked it.

The location according to the map and Google maps is not right, but we got the right coordinates before we arrived, it was easy to find.

The place is clean, has good environment for business and family meetings. Close to the road and very calm.

Everything was great! The location on booking and google maps is wrong, the real location is closer to the city on the main road but still very silent without traffic noises. We enjoyed!

Everything top service, clean and tidy, breakfast amazing comparing others for money value, price and would book again without question. Recommend it and wish them all the best.

Location is completely wrong on google maps and here at booking so can someone fix that as they have great location but on google/booking.com is up in the hills and it is not true. Thats why people dont book maybe so often and location is amaIzing to go to two nearby waterfalls with bolt. It is not their fault

Friendly staff. Respect to clients. Spacious and classy rooms surrounded by cool environment. We'll connected to WiFi and african breakfast. They give customer priority.

I dint like the fact that my stay was too short. You visit as a customer and leave as a friend.
