Due to sudden change to our travel schedule I booked this accommodation via booking.com the day before checkin. Called to confirm we were listed and the lovely lady at reception not only confirmed it, she also put us into a slightly larger room for families (5 of us in total). We also ended up needing to extend our stay and they sorted this for us easily. Staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was the perfect size for our family, very clean comfy beds, working kitchen appliances that you need on short stays, super location near big shopping centre and places to visit with kids. We stayed at two other accommodations during our trip and this was by far our favourite.

No air-conditioning in rooms but fans were provided and did the job.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Everything was clean and well stocked. Close to botany shops, set back from road so that the noise isn’t terrible.

An air conditioner would have made the stay perfect, because it’s so stinking hot atm.

You will be waken up quite early in the morning as there is no curtain behind the entrance door to block the the bright sunshine from outside, which is annoying, this problem has been complained by the previous guests

Slippery bathroom floor

Only a 1 minute drive from the Botany shopping centre. The staff were very friendly & the rooms were clean.

$5 for a room service & $25 to have your clothes washed for you with no option of doing your own laundry was a minor problem.

From the moment I checked in and was greeted by reception (apologies I have forgotten the name of staff) but she was amazing and made my little break away from reality so smooth and enjoyable. I only booked for x1 night, however she assisted me following day by making it easier for me to check in for another night without hesitation etc. Although my break should have been 1 day, but this particular receptionist made me feel at home and it was a must that I stayed another night. Also compliments for the cleaning staff, amazing customer service. I am definitely returning not because of the motel, but because the amazing customer service I had received it felt as if I was on vacation in Fiji all over again with the bright smiles and lovely staff!

Great facility and pleasant staff. Comfortable beds, and reasonably equipped kitchenette, microwave and small cook-top for basic cooking. Good off-street parking.

1. I didn't see anything in the adverts that there would be a surcharge if I wanted any room service (linen or towel change etc) during my stay, and only found out about that when I checked in! That's the first time I've ever had that sort of surcharge after travelling through nearly 20 countries! 2. Hot water was almost gone by 7.30am (but was ok in the evenings). The first morning it was barely tepid, and the second morning it was very nearly cold. Clearly the hot water system design is either woefully inadequate for the number of rooms or they need to do some urgent maintenance on the system. This issue didn't happen during my previous two stays 4-5 years ago, so this seems to be a recent issue that needs to be resolved asap. Disappointingly, Reception only opens at 8.30am and was closed by the time I returned so I couldn't report the issue on the first day. When I did politely report it on my last day, the staff member was fairly dismissive and made no commitment to resolve the problem, which was most disappointing. Avoid this place unless you like cold showers and don't mind unexpected surcharges for basic services that should be included in the room rate!

We asked for an early check-in to put our son to sleep and this was very much accommodated. The front of house staff were great.

The curtains are thin and let in so much light! Like a bigger bed.
