Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The interior of the main home was spacious, and we loved having the separate casita with its additional bed and bath. The exterior space was outstanding with lots of seating for dining and lounging by the pool. Would definitely recommend as perfect getaway location.

The home is in very nice neighborhood but once inside the property management company Paseo homes has very poor service. Upon arrival hall toilet was non operational and was told just not to use it. The pool was completely filled with leaves as was the patio and courtyard we stayed here for a week add pool guy didn’t come until day three of stay. No one ever came for toilet. The worst part was the garage door closes by it’s self when son was backing out door came down on car ripping off antenna and scratching top of car. The sensors and pressure sensor for opener failed. We notified paseo homes and was told oh well it’s on you and no one came to investigate. We contacted VRBO and they opened claim. We were hoping for a relaxing stay but instead incurred costs and damages to our sons car with no resolution by Paseo homes, super disappointed.

House is in excellent shape and the layout works well with adult children. Lots of privacy, including a Casita for a married couple. Wonderful property.

Overall stay was very nice. Our second stay here and we would come back again. A couple of items to improve upon. The grass area had dog poop in several locations The new door alarms were extremely annoying every time a door is opened. Getting the pool and/or hot tub up to temperature is controlled remotely thru Paseo. The hot tub never even reached bidy temperature.

What a beautiful and private home! We had a wonderful time during a last minute weekend getaway. The house is big and has all the amenities of home. The outdoor patio seating and bbq is great for entertaining. We enjoyed the pool, spa and outdoor TV. The casita is a nice addition. Jane was such an amazing and attentive host. We definitely will be staying here again on our next trip to Arizona.

Heater not working was a big deal. Our vacation centered around hanging out with friends and family at pool, I feel could had have someone fix or at least to try..

Need to update garbage pick up and wifi instructions. Also need to fix slow shower drain in room near the garage and faucet drip in the bathroom near kitchenette. Otherwise all good!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home that is situated in a quiet and serene neighborhood. The house is very spacious and very clean - inside, outside and the pool/jacuzzi. The rooms are very comfortable with each having its own bathroom and equipped with plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen and grilling area are well equipped and contained everything needed to comfortably host our large family gathering. There is even a high chair and pack-and-play for our baby granddaughter. The pool/jacuzzi is even more beautiful than the pictures and the patio area is very spacious with ample seating and beautiful landscaping The casita is very charming and much larger than expected. We had a few questions, and our host Jayne was very responsive, helpful and extremely kind. We are already planning our next trip and will definitely look to book a Paseo Homes property!
