Location, installations and especially staff are very pleasant.

Management/Ownership got it very wrong. There's a hell lot of communication about rules and what not to do. Sorry, you want to be upscale and charge accordingly? Stop treating me as an uncivilised. Culminating in having staff screening the room before check out. revise your business case if you're worried about stolen towels....

Nothing. The place was a nightmare.

Loud music all night, dirty floors, ants everywhere, and human feces lining the streets to the entrance. The place was an utter nightmare.

Everything; location, staff, view, facilities, cleanliness

The rooms were in a really fun and interesting iglu style. It was so close to the lake, boat dock and many amazing cafes on the ‘hippy highway’.

The included breakfast was only a croissant and fruit, no larger or hot options. Also my room was right next to a bar that played loud live music until 10pm followed by another 30-60mins of loud post bar human chatter.

Visually the property is stunning.

In no way is the staff prepared or ready to provide service. It doesn’t appear they have a leader or teacher….. Everyone is just feeling their way, it’s not working….. Ridiculous to charge what they are.
