The property had not been cleaned and the property manager was not responsive. All the sheets and towels were not washed from previous renter, the house smelled like mildew, trash cans were full, no toilet paper, no coffee. We were there for a wedding weekend and had an event to go to on Friday but no one could shower. We finally ended up doing all the laundry ourselves because the property manager couldn't find anyone to come clean. If we hadn't done the laundry, we wouldn't have had clean sheets to sleep on Friday night. If you read reviews, this property manager has a habit of not responding. I'd say find another property.

Clean, accessible and great condition property. But..upon check in there were dishes in the dishwasher and towels in the washer. Not sure if they were clean or dirty or what should be done with them. There was no information on check out process. If beds should be stripped or dishwasher ran. Even if door should be locked. Some lamps in multiple rooms would not work. Messaged property manager a question before check in and never received a response. Figured out the answer on our own. Otherwise, a WONDERFUL place to stay.

We stayed here while on vacation. 4 adults and 4 older teens. There was plenty of room for all of us comfortably. The home was newly renovated, clean and provided us with everything we needed. There is a brand new grill but bring your own grill utensils, lighter and propane. Has a nice washer and dryer. Really nice neighborhood that is very quiet, safe and about 15min to Lake George, 10min or less to the Outlets. The property manager is not very responsive to messages through VRBO (usually days) and I never received an email prior to my stay with information about the house or code. I had to message her a few times to at least get the code to the house. There was also no book/binder in the home with house or contact information if needed.

The house is perfectly located to Lake George! I wish the communication was a little better. I had messaged Amber for a few months with questions that she never responded to. It took almost the day for us to get the wi fi info. Upon check in there was a broken dresser and sink that I reported immediately. The listing stated AC but it was one in the living room only. It was hard for my son who has asthma. The house was beautiful and perfect in size. I wish it had been cleaned before we arrived. The floors were dirty, house dusty, and toothpaste in the bathroom.

A portable a/c unit in the living room is not air conditioning.
